Good hotel with lovely bedroom staff,but please be careful when paying at the cafe ,as twice they attempted to charge too much,once with cash,and the other time they were attempting to charge nearly twice the correct amount on card,and could have got away with it if I had not checked properly.No apology and no manners by the cafe waiters,please be careful. I would praise the bedroom cleaners,as they were lovely and helpful.Just a pity the cafe waiters were so bad.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel.
However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

I came with my family to bosnia. We planned to stay at malak regency. We book deluxe suite with a connecting room. once we arrived i called the reception to send tge house keeping then after long time they arrived. I asked for tissues as there was not even one tissue box in both suite and room ! And there was only 4 hangers for clothes so i asked for more she came back with one tissue box only and no hangers when i asked where and how should i hang the clothes she was very rude and my husband asked for extra pillows she was literally screaming no no no … this is my first time facing this kind of stuff in a 5 star hotel. I am very disappointed even the suite is not that good not was i was expecting. I really don’t recommend this hotel and sure will not come again. I went to a supermarket to buy my own hangers to keep my clothes in the cabinet. What a 5 star hotel !!!

If you are looking for a distant hotel outside the city , with lots of green neighborhood and a great nearby area for the kids ,then this is your destination ! The staff are collaborative and nice , the hotel has a nice coffee outside that you can have whatever you wish . The hotel is generally clean and got nice interior and decorations if you pay attention to the details .It is a bit distant but highly recommended.

Otelin konumu güzeldi, geniş bir park içinde yüksek ağaçlarla çevrilmiş sessiz bir yerdi. Otel binası da dışardan elegant ve tarihi bir yer olarak görünüyordu. Ama bu güzel yerde bize verilen odalar hiç iyi değildi. İlk odamız tesisin arındırma veya motorlu çalışan bir kör noktasına bakıyor, hiç manzara olmadığı gibi bir de gürültü vardı. Ertesi gün odayı değiştirttik bu seferde yine iç avlu kısmına karanlık, güneş almayan bir manzarası olmayan bir oda verildi .Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı ama oda hapishane gibiydi. Üstelik buzdolabı da bozuk çıktı, sonra değiştirdiler. Kısaca otelin manzaralı odalarının nasıl olduğunu göremedik.

We stayed at this campsite for one night. It's the ideal location for a visit to Sarajevo. The tram is just a short walk away, and it gets you into the old town within 30 minutes. The campsite itself is rather big, has some huge trees to provides shade and also has a modern and very clean toilet block. However, there is only one toilet block for the whole campsite. Wifi is also available for free, but only in the reception and restaurant area. We also had small problems with the electricity. There are only very few power distribution boxes and you need a rather long cable to reach one of them.

GGuest UserIt takes 15 minutes to walk to the old town. When the weather is hot, you will be sunburned if you come back in the afternoon. It is recommended to take the bus back. The hotel room is okay. There is no freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, but the fried vegetables are good, which is satisfactory. I don’t know why we were not charged for parking, but it is a bit difficult to find a parking lot. That is, because the entrance of the hotel is a one-way street, you have to take a detour. I drove to the wrong parking entrance, and then I couldn’t get out or get out. Finally, I asked the hotel waiter to find someone to release the car with me. Therefore, you must ask very clearly when parking. If you can’t do it, turn right from the hotel entrance and walk a few steps to see the parking location and then drive to park.

GGuest UserPresidential is an understatement for this superior, modern hotel in the heart of Sarajevo’s attractions, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Our Overseas Adventure Travel tour group was assigned to this hotel. The tour company could not have made a better selection. The room I occupied overlooked the river and the base of a mountain range. The room is beyond spectacular, especially considering less expensive rooms are generally assigned to tour groups. The bathroom features an entire glass wall with curtains to close for privacy. But why? Many of the rooms overlook a busy street and the river. Besides, who’d want to look at a 71-year-old geezer shaving?☺ Windows are insulated blocking cold and street noise. The room is spacious, clean, modern, and has all creature comforts. But beware of the minibar prices. There are small grocers nearby that sell wine for about 6 euros. Buffet breakfast was included for tour group members, so I don’t know if there’s a separate charge for other guests. The hotel staff are amazing and courteous. If only Orlando area hotels could learn from Hotel President Sarajevo.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the perfect location, scenic views all round and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. Take a short walk up to Yellow Fortress near the hotel for some breathtaking views! The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make your experience even better! The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo and Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)

GGuest UserJust returned for a quick trip and was so impressed by the team at this hotel. It's well located, just a short walk from the Old Town and the suites include a small kitchen which came in handy. From the first email contact through to checking out, the team where unfailingly kind, helpful and just lovely. They even ordered food delivery for me one night as I was unable to use my international phone. Breakfast is included and it's quite a spread - some local dishes as well as eggs, fruit and cold cuts. i also loved the grab and go store in the lobby as well as free coffee or tea all day. A very minor quibble, but housekeeping wasn't as thorough as I would expect but hardly worth losing a star.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very conspicuous, with a yellow exterior that can be seen from a distance. Although the decoration is old, it is well maintained and you can see its former glory. The service is five-star, and the buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options to meet the needs of different tastes. The room is also very large, with a space dedicated to large suitcases.

Location couldn’t be any better situated right up the hill from Pigeon Square in Old Town, one of the more magical places. On earth.
That is, I think we’re still on earth.

GGuest UserI thought the breakfast was the best part of my stay. It was very tasty. Checkin and checkout were easy and service was good. The location was convenient and not far from the bus terminal. While these are all positives, the hotel itself needs some updating with more modern designs and better amenities in the room. Heat did not work very well. Nor the hot water and this is important during winter time.
