Hotel Sebaa Palace

It was a good experience staying in Sebaa palace. All staff were kind enough and mainly this hotel is located in a prime spot, where beach, boat house, sunset view points are located in just 3 mins walkable distance. The room was very pleasant and neatly maintained. Overall the stay was good.

It's location is best it is near to most of the sight Seeing places And the punjabi dhaba is great

i found cockroaches when I opened the cubbord. I found cockroaches on the bed. I requested the hotel staff to change the room. They denied saying that there is no other room available. instead they brought HIT spray and sprayed it all over. There was smell in the room. After spraying, they didn't even come to room for cleaning. what can be a more terrible and harmful stay than this? I have videos of cockroaches running here and there in the cubbord and on the walls. I need a refund for this kind of terrible stay. i found cockroaches when I opened the cubbord. The hotel room was not as mentioned in the image and it was quite small and hotel manager didn't help to provide better option and also the breakfast provided was very bad

Its worst experience i have ever been in SEEBA HOTEL. 1. VERY ROUDE RECEPTIONIST (MALE) 2. WHICH ROOM I BOOKED HE GIVEN DIFFERENT (NOT SEA VIEW) 3. THEY CHANGED MY ROOM 304 BUT AGAIN WORST ROOM THEY GIVEN. a. A/C NOT WORKING b. CUPBOARD DOOR HANGING..ITS BROKEN. c. WASHROOM WORST..NOT CLEAN d. NO LIGHTS WITH MIRROR..ALL BROKEN. e. BALCONY NOT CLEAN. ALL BIRDS SHITTING ..BAD SMELL. f. PHONE NOT WORKING..ITS DEAD PHONE. IF YOU WANT TO CALL RECEPTION YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN BY LIFT. g. NO WATER, TOWELS NOT CLEAN. h. BED SHEETS NOT CLEAN.

The hotel was okay okay, not good really. Even some basic ammentities were missing, speially i booked the hotel thinking i will get the room with sea view, but when i arrived at hotel i got to know that my room didn't have the sea view so that was a big disappointment.
