The property is located very near to Maa Kanyakumari Temple entrance Road, and from the rooms allocated we were able to see the Vivekananda Rock and the sea.
The food was very nice.
cleanliness can be improved, and services can also be improved. We had to ask everytime for the daily water bottles. During the last checkout day, they kept reminding us to check out early as there were so much rush. We had our travel back home 4 hours after check out time. They asked us to check out and sit at the reception, and they would provide us alternative rooms for refreshment. However, there were other tourists who checked out exactly 4 hours after, when asked they said online booking they will not entertain. These are small things which help in revisit.

I booked through mmt, and this was the worst stay ever. The staff was extremely rude, especially the room service guy. We had senior citizens with us, but their behavior towards them was awful. The room was dirty, and the bathroom smelled terrible. Everything in the room was broken and held together with tape. For two people, they provided only one towel and one soap, and when we requested more, they rudely said, "this is not a 5-star hotel" the ac and tv were broken and didn’t work, and the balcony door was also broken, which was very unsafe. Overall, a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms provided initially were not clean at all. On request they said no other rooms are available. I had to reach out to mmt and later they change our room to cleaner one
the owner was understanding but he had a senior bell boy who was very stubborn n rude and was not incorporating well at all. He refused is warm water to drink which was earlier provided by other staff member. The overall experience would have been pleasant if that bell boy did not acted all bossy and adamant with everything
