It was an average property. Renovation was going on so it was a little turn down. Food and hospitality was good.

The hotel is old. Annai group has bought it recently and renovation is going on. We got side-seaview adjoint rooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Washroom is okaish. Foods are fine. Staffs are courteous. The best part is sunrise viewpoint is less than 5 min. Walking distance. Vivekananda rock ferry service is also in walking distance (about 15 min. Overall nice stay. But because of renovation, too much dust there in hotel.

Excellent location and view of the ocean. Very good staff. Only the bed linens need little improvement( felt it was used ones when checked in.

Food quality is poor. Staff is friendly. Rooms are very small. Property needs to improve. In breakfast there shall be more choices.

Convenient location for visiting vivekanand rock and kanyakumari temple. There is no provision for driver’s accommodation. Booking through make my trip was a mistake. In spite of booking in almost 2 months advance prices offered by make my trip were very high as compared to on the spot booking.
