most terrible experience I can say. rooms not allotted to us after check in time too. the person in reception said rooms r not vacated although we had booked room before 1month with full payment. then he arranged one room to keep our luggage. that room was stinking like anything. fan was not working, toilet condition was terrible. within 1 hr we checked out to search for another hotel. my money was wasted. still those people were behaving so weird. very bad , guys never go for this place . u ll suffer like hell

It is bad rooms, unclean, and room to us was given in 3rd floor with no lift and nobody to get luggages.

very poor behaviour. They provide small room, no mirror, no towels, no commode, no gizer .Last of all we had very pathetic experience in this lodged. Not at all happy.

The property is very untidy. The bedsheets have holes in them, seemed very used and the walls are also in terrible condition and we got a room with the Indian Toilet. I went there with my parents and they faced a lot of trouble.
The only good thing is they accommodated very late at late night.

Rooms were not ok, they allotted non acs room and when showed the booking again changed to ac rooms, when asked for towel and bedsheet they said there policy is to give only 2 towels per room, when we had booked for 7 people, after countering the staff they gave 7 towels, i suggest mmt to drop this hotel from their network

Not good for family. Booked for 4 members and a kid and bed was not enough to fit all. If you want to stay, bring your own blanket and spare pillow. Bathroom has an open window where anyone from the roof can sneak upon, this is serious. You cannot use the ac without paying more than 3000 for their poorly managed rooms. No celan water to bath. Only good part is dedicated car parking space.

we actually stayed there for 2 days and it was fine but my father accidentally left his ATM card in the hotel room and we accept that it is totally out fault after knowing it we contacted the hotel just the next day and they totally denied us ,and the didn't even look into the matter the mangement is terrible 😐

First thing they dint provide us any blankets and towels, only after requesting for it did they give the blankets. Next, they did not have any ups when there was no electricity, when asked about this after an hour, the receptionist replied "oh is it" and told that he would on the ups after having the breakfast, for which we waited another hour.
