Kanyakumari Spa Hotels

This hotel is as close to the sea as it’s possible. It is an ideal location to view Sunrise and Sunset at the most southern tip of India. The hotel facilities are very good. Maybe the hotel looks a little tired but it suited our needs very well. Meals were very good and food was served piping hot which was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding serving alcohol at dinner time. We were not able to purchase a beer in the main restaurant, we could buy a beer at the bar. We didn’t realise you could also have the same meals in the bar area. We only understood this after finishing our meal with a lime soda. Maybe a better explanation would have helped us. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There a swimming pool, gymnasium and nice garden and the hotel also has a good spa facility for various treatments. I rate this hotel excellent overall

I have stayed at during my travels. I reached Hotel Singar International on 1st July by 5 pm from Rameswaram after a 6-7 hours journey ***** with my parents. None of us had Lunch as we wanted to go to the hotel and relax. But, unfortunately we landed at the worst hotel. From 5 pm to 7 pm me and my parents went floor to floor in the hotel in search of a room without a bathtub. My parents are elderly and we wanted a room without a bathtub as it's very slippery and dangerous for them to take a bath in the bathtub. The hotel staff were unaware which room had a bathtub and which did not. They took us to each floor 4th to 6th in search of a room without a tub. Then they said the lower category room doesn't have a bathtub but showed us a room without proper AC.  We were getting late to the Kanyakumari temple so rushed as it would close at 8 pm. I had to rush my elderly parents because of the hotel staff not knowing the room. We were back at the hotel by 10.30 pm. When asked for an extra bed , we were given only a mattress to sleep on the ground with no cot. We never sleep on the ground. So the hotel staff again searched everywhere till 1 am in search of an extra bed and then gave another room just to sleep and told us it's free of charge.  When we checked the bedsheets it had blood stains. Then again 1 to 2 hours were wasted to provide us with clean bedsheets . In the end the blankets were so sorry that we threw them on the ground and slept without blankets. My father had to sleep separately because of this confusion. Next day no hot water was coming into the bathroom. The hot water tap wasn't working. My parents took a bath in cold water. We again raised a complaint and left for sightseeing and returned back to the hotel at night 10 pm. The hotel staff shifted to a new room again by 12.30 am midnight. The next day - checkout out day, we came for checkout again confusion started. The reception person was telling us that they had billed for 2 rooms both nights even though they provided it to us due to a problem at their end. Again our time was wasted from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm as their reservation department person Santhi wasn't available till 2 pm. We had to leave for a different place. Our taxi was waiting all this while. As our confusion wasn't cleared, we came back again at 4 pm to talk to the reservation person and she mentioned that only 1 room occupancy has been sent to Goibibo, the whole day was wasted for checking this. Why was the reception informed well by Santi reservation staff. Food issue: 1 week before coming here I had spoken with a restaurant owner to prepare good vegetarian food as we don't even eat eggs. The food was not good at all. Complaint: Every day either for room change or AC issue or billing issue or blanket issue our time was wasted for 2-3 hours at midnight with my elderly parents getting tired. After all this the Hotel gave only Rs 1000 in return. For this return I had to chase almost 10 -15 days.

I have booked the hotel thru GoIbibo, during booking i have enquired directly with Hotel the charges were different approx 500 higher than Goibibo. During Checking the reception team were very good and very supportive. Rooms were clean, bedsheets and Toilet were fine too. But the Towel was an issue. When i spoke to the reception he mentioned that all the towels are brand new due to this too much of Lint in our faces after bathing. informed and got it replaced with other set of clean towels. I believe they have G+ 4 floors unfortunately Goibibo booking landed us in 2nd floor. view wise it is ok sea view but if it was higher then it could have been better. They have their own restaurant and ordered sizzelers not the best but they tried atleast. Rooms service was very prompt. they have issue during the staff changing in Restaurant. Please collect the name of the person in the restaurant during your room service order. AC was good sufficient Very close to the boating spot

The rooms were very clean and maintained, the staffs were very polite and overall it was an amazing experience staying here. The breakfast was provided early morning and there was a seperate dining hall for the guests. If you are planning to come to Kanyakumari this is the place to stay.

Excellent stay with an amazing view from our balcony.i was an ten day trip to kanyakumari and stay in sea face hotel was the most memorable experience.special thanks to Mr.christober at reception desk who made our stay even more special.excellent hospitality by him.great hospitality by mr.kazhio(bell boy).the beach was easily accessible.overall a great stay and highly recommend.

One of the best spot around thiruparappu...Rooms are very neat and staffs are so friendly and the environment inside the Resort will blow your mind 🤗🤗👍👍 Don't miss it when you're going to thiruparappu falls for a trip and the main thing is the distance between the false and the resort is only a walking distance so it will be more helpful for old age peoples also 🤗👍
