I was very impressed with this hotel in Kenya. From the reception to the check-out, every staff showed great professionalism and hospitality. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful environment and is an ideal holiday destination. Highly recommended to all travelers to Kenya!

Beautiful location on the shore of Lake Elementaita. Very striking even though it was cloudy and drizzly for our very short stay. Only had a few hours and an overnight stay as part of Nakuru safari. Room dated but comfortable and food good quality.

We didn't have high expectations for this hotel but instead we had a great time. Welcoming hotel, spacious rooms and very good and varied buffet dinner. The location, overlooking the wonderful Elmentaita lake, is absolutely amazing. The spa was also very much appreciated: the girls are very professional and the space is well-kept and clean. A special thanks to all the staff

Great location on the edge of the lake with lovely views. Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Buffet with large choice of tasty food. Staff helpful, friendly and welcoming. Well placed for onward travel to Nakuru, Naivasha and Nairobi

Visited Sentrim Elementaita in September with a group of friends, and we had such an amazing time, chef Gabriel in charge of pastries was so wonderful, made a surprise birthday cake for me, the nicest chocolate fudge cake I have had. Emily at the reception was so friendly, offered very good service with a smile. It was awesome.

We stayed one night at the resort after doing a beautiful game drive at the nearby Lake Nakuro. When you arrive at the facility the staff welcomes you in a professional and hospitable way. The resort is new and very well kept, neat and clean. A 10 to the staff, especially to the girl who gave me a wonderful massage. The only flaw is the midges, both during the day but especially in the evening that forced us to eat in the dark, because the outdoor terrace where meals are served is not equipped with banal mosquito nets. A shame, otherwise it would have been a perfect place.

Stayed only for 1 night as we arrived after being in sister camp in masai mara for previous 2 nights. Food and service excellent. Situated right next to the lake that has pink flamingos. Had a massage which was great and reasonably priced. They had a camp fire lit in the evening. Also have sports on TV in the bar.

The hotel area is very nice with everything you wish for. The stuff is super friendly and helps you with everything you ask for. The rooms are very spacious and have a great view over the lake however the furniture is getting a bit old and could get an upgrate. Food wise we could not ask for more. Small suggestion: mark the vegetarian options with a small „V“ next to the name so it is easier to figure out.
