A historical hotel, the location is very good, many restaurants near by. However, the room is very old, no light in front of the door and very horrible if you turn off the light at night. They block the windows with black plastics tube. The wifi signal is very weak, if you want to watch youtube or play music, better use your own data or wifi egg, otherwise cannot load.

Our room was so dirty especially on the floor and our bed also you can see the huge dust on the ventilation holes.

The hotel is promoting to upgrade to a five-star hotel. I don't know if it is a traditional five-star hotel. It should not be. The bed bottom in the room has not been cleaned for years. It is extremely dirty. It is good to be able to maintain a three-star hotel. Don't expect five stars. The hotel WiFi is non-existent. I can't access the Internet. The WiFi device rented at the front desk solved the problem. The location is very convenient. I recommend two nearby restaurants.

I booked a single room today. There are two single beds combined, which is more than enough for two people. The room is large and clean, but the facilities are somewhat worn. A very dark room was originally arranged for me. After reporting it to the customer service, they immediately changed me to a brighter room. However, the lights in that room could not be turned off, so I slept with the lights on.

It is within walking distance to Ruifeng Night Market, and the 7-11 next door is also very convenient. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Although it is not in the center of Kaohsiung, I highly recommend staying here.

I went down and met the receptionist and they moved me to a bigger room and gave me a NT$100 McDonald's voucher. However, in the morning I found a small cockroach in the new room. When I checked out I met the receptionist again (I was only here for one night) and they asked me to send the video to them. I got another NT$100 McDonald's gift certificate. The service and location of the hotel are very good. But why is the hygiene so bad? this hotel really have to improve the cleanliness. a little cockroach walking in front of me on my pillow when I'm trying to sleep. i went down and met the receptionist, they moved me to a larger room and giving me NT$100 McDonald's voucher . but still, I found a little cockroach again in the morning in my new room. I met the receptionist again when I'm checkouting (I stayed here only 1 night) and they asked me to send the video to them. and I got a NT$100 McDonald's voucher again.. hotel's service and location is very nice tho.. but why the hygiene is so bad?
