Q21 Hotel Reviews

We had a one night stay at Q21. Check out time is 1200 without free breakfast. Car park is on the right side of the accommodation. However, it was completely full when we arrived around 11pm. You can unload your bags outside the hotel. There is another designated parking about 5 mins walk 2 blocks across the hotel. Washing machine is also available at B1. However the dryer machine is not as effective. It took more than 2 to 3 hours for our clothes to be dried. There is no gym. The room is clean and comfortable.

It’s really close to the port. There are lots of good food places around. The service needs to be improved though

Room is very big and clean

The hotel I found temporarily on the app is in a good location, close to Love River and the MRT station, and has a good CP value. The hotel has an exclusive parking space, the bed and pillows are quite comfortable, the bathroom is separated and the bathroom space is quite large. The above advantages are very satisfying, and I originally planned to put them on the list for my next return visit. There are not many types of breakfast (which was originally acceptable), but there are a few cooked foods that are almost tasteless. The air conditioner in the room was not able to maintain a constant temperature. It was hot and cold. It was not very comfortable to sleep all night. I told the front desk that the response was just standard.

The staff's attitude is very good. I didn't have breakfast, but as long as everyone stays, the restaurant will serve snacks, American food and drinks! There is also a free parking space right next to it, but it is a mechanical parking lot. There is also a surface parking lot and an outside parking lot five minutes' walk away. I have been able to park for four days, and I have never worried about lack of space or parking fees. I think the service is really attentive~ The toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry. In addition to the large mirror in the toilet, there is also a table mirror, so that girls can put on their makeup easily. , really a big plus! It’s rare to encounter a hotel with a table and mirror❤️ The bed and pillows are also very good to sleep on. I don’t have any back pain when I wake up the next day. There is also a bed light. Next time I travel to Kaohsiung, this hotel will be my first choice🫶🏻

Very close to Yanchengpu MRT Station, the location is great and convenient. The service staff was friendly. I booked a 3-person room but upgraded it to a 4-person room. It was great👍👍👍👍. The food store is open to the public, and it is possible to enter the open space. It's one of the world's most popular wifi. The room is clean, spacious and nice. The staff is very friendly and there are a lot of places to eat around the hotel. The only downside is that there is no wifi in the room. It would be perfect if you could even install wifi🥺

Never encountered this kind of design! Booked a triple room. I feel extremely insecure when taking a shower or going to the toilet. The glass material must have been affixed with white film so that the movements of the person inside can still be seen. The stink wafts out from the gap at the top of the toilet. Because it is a double door, it makes a loud clanking sound when opening and closing. If someone goes to the toilet in the middle of the night, the noise will be so loud that other roommates will be woken up. Won't stay again next time

Good service, good room environment and convenient transportation

Exceeded expectations! Although the room is on the second floor next to the elevator, it is well soundproofed and very quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. The service attitude is good, the location is close to the subway, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby, which is very important.

Although the room we booked this time is on the small side, it has all the necessary services, including afternoon tea, snacks and breakfast. The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western styles to suit everyone's appetite.
