Overall is a nice place to stay, it just sometime there will be police checking the area which i found out pretty uneasy and there some part of the room weren't cleaned.

Good location but advisement on website is kind of misleading. As all of the pictures showed a nice sea view but room given has no view. However location is great as it close to both Mrt and the new KLRT and amenities around have many convenient stalls and eateries and shopping malls.

It is inexpensive and offer a large room. The location is great that nearby department stores.

The address is just above Kaohsiung's landmark 85 building, not far from the MRT and light rail, with convenient transportation. There is a laundry room opposite the first floor, making it very convenient to do laundry.

I booked a hotel in 85 because I like to watch the sea and stare at the window of the hotel! The scenery is different in the morning and evening. In the morning, I looked at the Bashi Channel in the distance and the big ships were coming in and out of the port. The sky was blue and the clouds were clear! The night view at night gave people a sense of relaxation and pleasure! Drinking coffee and staring, forgetting all the troubles! There is a light rail station downstairs. It is two stops to Dream Mall and it is also convenient to go to Zhenai Pier. It is a good choice for parent-child travel.

This time I booked a sea view room. Since the room is integrated, there is no special separation between the living room and the bedroom. There is enough space. There is also a sofa chair where you can sit comfortably in front of the window and watch the sea view. It is really refreshing to wake up every morning. The room was cleaned and tidy The extra-large double bed and sofa are very comfortable whether you want to sit or lie down to watch the sea or watch TV. There are also two tables and bedside tables. There is definitely enough space to place small items for travel, and there are two bedside tables on both sides. There are also many sockets, tables and other places. You will never be afraid of a shortage of charging places. It’s great. Since it is a sea view room, the sun will shine directly into the room in the afternoon and increase the temperature, so I fully open the curtains in the morning and evening, and close the curtains before going out at noon. The air conditioner will cool down quickly as long as it is turned on for a while, and the owner also thoughtfully placed a fan, which greatly enhances the efficiency of indoor air conditioning circulation. And if I’ve been staying for a long time, the boss will thoughtfully ask if there’s anything I need to make up for or help with. Building 85 is very close to Sanduo MRT station and light rail station. It can reach many key places in Kaohsiung such as Pier 2, Dreamland, and Hama Star (take the ferry to Cijin), or there is a bus stop downstairs. And even if you call Uber, its location is very good, so the fare there is not expensive (no wonder there are two five-star hotels nearby) And there are as many as 3 youbike parking spots opposite the building, or you can often find Gokube, an electric bike that does not require a driver's license. The transportation is really convenient. There is a supermarket on the 12th floor, and the building now has a mobile police station stationed 24 hours a day, and there are often key inspections downstairs, so it feels very safe. Downstairs, there are many delicious shops with affordable prices nearby, and self-service laundry and water stations are also very close, as well as Quanlian It takes about 5 to 8 minutes to walk to the north and you will find Ziqiang Night Market, and to the east you will find Dayuan Department Store, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and the night market in Sanduo Business District. Going south, in addition to the Kaohsiung Library, there are also Carrefour, IKEA and many supermarkets. The facilities around here are really good, whether it's eating or shopping. At this price, you can live in such a large space, such a beautiful landscape, such a first-class location and facilities, and the price/performance ratio is really first-class.

I really like the room at Cape 85 and the street and sea views The boss and the lady boss are very kind and the service is very good. The 85 Building is not as reported in the news. I will stay here again next time I come to Kaohsiung
