My second time staying here, perfect location right beside kaohsiung station, only the construction site right beside the hotel starts early morning, breakfast is rather simple, ended right on time 10:00am, not even a second more, didn’t provide enough food as most of the plates are empty for people who arrived half an hour before they shut down.
Booked a penthouse for 2 pax and got upgraded to a 4 pax room, but with amenities for only 2, the aircon cannot be adjusted to desired temperature and when I asked for another blanket there’s a surcharge of 100nt. which I never encountered to any of the hotels around taiwan, only at the hospitals.

It was close to the station and the hotel was nice and clean.
There were no amenities, but that was not a problem.
The breakfast area was like a cafe, and the food was sufficient.
They also offered a welcome drink, which was useful.

The location is very close to Kaohsiung Station. The room has sufficient air conditioning. The bed is a bit soft. It is located on a low floor. It takes about 10 minutes to turn on the hot water at night. The breakfast is rich and the cheese is delicious. There is a 7-11 nearby, which is very convenient. Late check-out is NT$200 per hour.

It took us 5 minutes from MTR station to the hotel. The room is large enough for us to open 2 large luggages at the same time. For me, there had many different TV channels to watch. As having a balcony, the view is very good. The breakfast provided is not bad as there are different types of food including local and western types. Moreover, the coffee is free for the whole day. The staff is nice and helpful.

The location is awesome - right opposite the Kaoshiung Main Station. It makes a lot of places convenient for us to travel to. I also feel that for the price paid, the hotel room is great enough (space, comfort of bed, cleanliness, etc). Things to improve can be more receptive responses from the receptionist and better breakfast options.
