I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

Location Convenient .. 10 mins from mrt 三多商圈. Sogo department nearby. Take three stop mrt to reach 六合夜市. Hotel rooms Very nice design , we booked 4 pax 2 double bed room . Comfortable bed , with Dyson hair dryer . Hotel reception Service need to improve . Check in deposit , almost charge full room charge although I had made room payment online . I had to remind her again . Check out , counter service unfriendly, talked to us without eye contact .

My recent stay at TAI Urban Resort was absolutely delightful. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff, especially the floor attendants, were incredibly friendly and helpful. A very satisfying stay. I will come again next time I come to Kaohsiung! What I remember most is the sincere and enthusiastic service of the concierge. The language and service make guests feel at home! The location is very good, the room is new and clean, and there is an air purifier. What needs to be improved is the breakfast, it would be better if it is richer.
