Als Großfamilie mit 8 Personen hatten wir das wunderschöne, hochwertig & liebevoll eingerichtete Apartment 402. Man freut sich jedes mal, wenn man den großen Raum betritt. Das Hotel besticht insgesamt durch sein überaus freundliches & zugewandtes Personal. Es war beeindruckend zu sehen, was das Team z.B. an Sylvester im Service geleistet hat. Das Mountain Hotel Luis ist eine absolute Top- Empfehlung in Kaprun !

Fantastisches Hotel mitten in Kaprun mit tollem Restaurant. Frühstück und Abendessen mega lecker. Der Wellnessbereich mit beheiztem aussenpool ist ein Genuss und eine Wohltat für Körper und Geist. Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer im alpinen style mit vollausgestatteter Küche. super nette Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Einfach alles perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang als auch im Service. Einrichtung ist sehr schön, die Lage ist Top. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend, das Frühstück lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Alles in allem war unser Wochenende im Luis sehr schön. Der Wellness Bereich ist auch super modern, der Außenpool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße.

This was one of the best stays i’ve been to in a while, room was huge, clean and with a beautiful view of the glacier, spa was also a wonderful experience, especially the outside pool. Unfortunately i can't give 5/5, mainly because one of the breakfast staff member was very disrespectful for absolutely no reason, and i think that he should work on it, but overall it was a great experience.

Great location and view.. cleaning not worth
Location is great. View os the best. Apartment is big and very clean. Reception and cleaning team are gentle. Breakfast is limited options. waiters are tough. Short guy waiters bald is too damn tough and rude. I was thinking to give 3 starts due to this guy. He is always yelling and shouting and you can identify him easily in the breakfast time. If I were the manager, I will definitely put him back office or kitchen. No way he can deal with guest. Cleaning service if it is chargeable, it doesn’t wortg at all. No vacuum at all for the carpet.

Amazing time in Kaprun in a very exclusive accommodation. Went there with 5 kids (13yrs) for a skiing birthday weekend. We booked an apartment with an additional connected room, so there was enough space for all of us… beds, bathrooms, living room to enjoy family games… great time !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende. Angefangen damit, dass wir rund 5 Stunden eher als erwartet einchecken konnten, über den super freundlichen Empfang, einem kostenlosen Zimmer Upgrade bis hin zu dem wirklich super schönen und stilvoll eingerichteten und absolut sauberen Appartment war alles perfekt. Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen im Hotel war immer lecker, der Service nett und man wurde beim Essen mit Namen begrüßt. Dadurch dass es kein riesiges Hotel ist hat es sich sehr familiär angefühlt. Wir haben Infos zu Attraktionen in der Region erhalten und auch wenn der Wellnessbereich überschaubar ist, war es schön im beheizten Aussenpool einen Prosecco über das Getränke-Telefon ans Wasser bestellen zu können. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit gerne wieder kommen!
