It is a hotel that is not excellent, but it is not bad either. The rooms look quite old, but they are clean and well organized. The common areas are good, the thermal pool looks a little old but it is not ugly. The buffet is something that should be improved. In general is good but old hotel that is needing a modernization.

Nice room with private thermal bathroom. Many light, clean, good wifi, large terrace, cooking gas, ice cream. The pension is located in the middle of the pleasant basar street. We were allowed to parking our car even at the pension. We were warmly welcomed by mit. He speaks good English, gave good tips and is very helpful. Pay in euro or Turkish lire is equal. He immediately gave us a larger room at the same price. This place can be guaranteed for a relaxed thermal reliving.

The hotel is conveniently located next to city sources. The hotel has a hot common source and a room with a personal bath and a crane with thermal hot water. Who comes to treat very conveniently. There were no dishes but you can ask. A nice, kind little dog lives in the hotel. But at night it turns into a formidable guard and lays very thunderous.

I forgot to take a photo of the interior of the hotel. We have two people, booked a triple room, a large house, and a balcony. In the morning, you can see the hot air balloons flying over Pamukkale. My wife and I stayed here as a tour stop. A relatively new hotel some distance out of town. Probably somewhere around 400 rooms in 5 blocks around a large pool. Eating is buffet style evening and breakfast in a large dining room, and is hectic. I think I counted around 15 buses in the carpark behind, and they were arriving well into the evening and then out early in the morning. The bar service in the foyer was haphazard by the bar attendants at best. One service was while he was on the mobile phone and then another with one encouraging us to go down to the pool bar to avoid work. Sloshed our margueritas all over the table on delivery. The morning checkout was chaos, with two attendents and a very long queue. People pushing in with tour groups looking to leave. The billing system is all on paper and the reception staff must check everyone for accuracy.

Were in January. The room is warm. Floors in the room with heating. The blankets are warm, the bed is clean. In the bath in the room there is a faucet with hot thermal living water. The hotel pool with warm thermal water is always open. We swam in the evening and took a dip in the morning before breakfast. Breakfast is classic but plentiful. Have some tea! In winter, breakfast is held on the second floor of the building in a room with a real fireplace. A bewitching spectacle. In general, it's good and the price is right.
