I was told that there was no room of category available, once i told i booked through mmt they gave me an alternate non a c rooms for freshening, fyi. I came for check in at 7 pm not at 12 noon also i called up at morning and told my arrival time as well up and told will arrange it asap ( i got my room around 09:30 pm. I don't find any fault with the employee as they did their best to make me comfortable.

2. Yes. The air conditioner was not working. In summer staying in a place like karaikal without air conditioning is torturous. Only one guy in the hotel and he was harassed because of many issues. Please verify the facilities available before promoting such places. Thank you
