We were a group of 18 travelling in Kyrgyzstan and stayed one night here on our trip . Very cozy and charming hotel. A bit away from main town but the charm of the hotel compensates for the distance. Rooms are spotless , toilets are a bit tight but adequate. The breakfast room was lovely and breakfast awesome. Staff served with loving care. The apple and fruit orchard behind the hotel was a bonus to stroll around. Front desk staff were helpful as well. They had a good selection of wines that you could buy, and the small craft store had some interesting stuff. A great stay in Karakol

Fantastic! Breakfast amazing! Best stay we had on our whole trip, a bit difficult to find and don’t be put off by the outside. I would come again. Staff helpful. And easy to fill up waters! 4 people staying, and really good experience all round.

I loved staying at Green Yard in Karakol. It has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere and was very clean. Beautiful garden with a swing and cosy alcoves. Breakfast was AMAZING! They served american style pancakes AND crepes. They have a lovely souvenir shop selling good quality handwork. Love that have sorting bins. Highly recommend!

Absolute gem of a place. It is family run and has just such a lovely feel about it. I was there as part of Mountains Ultra so we took up a lot of the rooms. The food was superb at breakfast and for our presentation dinner. The rooms are absolutely spotless - I have never known q hotel where you have to take your shoes off upon arrival (they provide indoor shoes) but this is because place is so clean. It's a short taxi ride to town centre and the taxis are so cheap and reception will order them. The area feels very safe and Karakol and nearby mountains are fantastic.

We stayed at Green Yard Hotel for three nights on a two week tour of Kyrgyzstan. The helpful reception staff spoke excellent English. We would be taken places by minibus so can’t comment on the convenience of its location. It is in a quiet setting though with a beautiful garden to relax in. The standard of the rooms and staff service was high. This hotel was well managed and ran smoothly. What really did stand out were the breakfasts which were laid out on the tables each morning. Attentive staff would then serve you freshly prepared hot food and drinks. There was always a good range of food, appetizing and well presented. Overall we a brilliant stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

Familiär geführtes Haus mit guter Stimmung. Es gibt wohl sehr unterschiedliche Zimmer: alte und neue. Die Anlage besteht aus mehreren kleinen Gebäuden unterschiedlichen Alters, hat zum Teil Wohnungscharakter mit kleiner Küche und einzelnen Zimmern. Beim Betreten der Gebäude muss man die Schuhe ausziehen. Recht kleines Zimmer. Ausstattung: WLAN, AC (pustet direkt aufs Bett), Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster, keine Nachttische, Matraze hart. Ordentlicher Zustand und sauber, ausreichend Steckdosen. Trinkwasserspender auf dem Flur vorhanden. Lautstärke: ruhige Lage, im Haus hört man das Rauschen des Wassers aus dem Bad, die Türen sind auch nicht sonderlich dick. Frühstück: Wer süß Frühstückt hat hier ein schönes Angebot: Marmeladen, Obst, mehrere Sorten Kuchen. Herzhafte Auswahl etwas eingeschränkt. Schon angerichtet.

Hôtel très agréable et très calme. Les chambres sont agréables, bien équipées et spacieuses. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, délicieux et servis dans un endroit agréable donnant sur le jardin. Le seul petit bémol est la distance des restaurants les plus proches. Mais il est vrai que les taxis sont peu chers…

This is an excellent guesthouse surrounded by so many fruits tress and plants. Their breakfast is superb better than any 5 stars hotel. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend whoever wish to stay in this place.

This is a family-run business and it really shows. The care and attention given to customers, including from the owner herself, is excellent. I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting this interesting region
