Need to clean up the room properly before guest checking in, room is a bit smelly and AC is not cold

A big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour). Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door! The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing. When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

The hotel I stayed in again, with complete facilities, delicious breakfast and many choices. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Samarinda. It has a view of the Mahakam River. You can watch the sunset at the lobby door. You can watch the sunrise at breakfast on the 6th floor ~ very good!

The hotel location is quite good near the mall. Good atmosphere. The swimming pool is clean and quite spacious. The food is delicious and quite complete. Food choices for children include sausages, eggs, cococrunch. Room condition is not the best but clean enough.

Overall stay in Fugo : Room view good, twin bed able to merge, TV fitur ok, swimming pool large but only max 120cm, breakfast varian all good, all customer happy to stay. But to improve pool access and towel..to far from pool. .............................................................. Review need to improve min. Word 50 character

what a great experience to stay with Fugo. An excellent service. The super helpful hotel team, also they have a clean dan spacious room. Suits for family vacation. Breakfast is top notch👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. they have various menu and station. very recommended hotel in Samarinda 👍🏻

Shout out to this bigass hotel. Huge ass lounge and the staff are very friendly are greeting us all. Somehow low-key surprise the room are huge more then my own studio 🗿 Also you'll get a free parking when you stay here. Overall im enjoy my time yapping with the staff cuzz their such a vibe (Put a picture me n staff yapping) 🔥 Would stay here again 🙌✨✨

Its hospitality is excellent, also the foods and beberages is delicious. So if you wanna stay ay fugo hotel, it is your best choice since it is very comfortable and luxurious in Samarinda. Good standard, nice rooms and friendly staff. What didn‘t excited me so much: - they close the nice pool at 6pm. So for all who come back to the hotel in the evening, no chance to have a short swim. Innacetable. - long waiting times for the elevators - long waiting time for check-in - very crowded at breakfast! Much was empty at the buffet at 9am, but the ants were busy at the area for bread. - quite a lot of noise from the street although room on a high floor.
