The hotel is luxury minimalist. The room is quite cramped but very comfortable oh yes the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is clean. The location is also very strategic in front of the solo singosaren. Next time I hope to stay here again

For the first time that im felt very uncomfortable staying at the hotel. First, when you arrived at the hotel, there is no parking lot for all the hotel customer, security only give you direction to park beside the hotel but you should find the parking lot by yourself, and when you want to use your car which is located deep inside parking lot, the security too lazy to help you getting your car out. The bed sheet is stinky and full of dirt. The room service doesnt wait for you to get to the elevator, instead they are going first and you as the hotel customer have to wait another elevator to arrived. Ah, the lobby and almost every corridor of the hotel is too dim.

the check in process was great and fast, it has a spacious and clean room, the hot water works just fine, the breakfast was just so so, but it worth the price. Love the wayang n batik carving on the outside wall. The location is very nice, there were so many warungs (place to eat), supermarket across the road, near the Waterpark, and there were two malls not far from the hotel, BK, KFC, Yoshinoya (nearby fastfood) is a plus. would love to give you a 5 stars review but unfortunately, the INTERNET service was poor, and there were no staff concern to the parking area, saw the security was just playing games with his landscapped cell phone in his post next to the ATM service. Oh one more, it was too noisy on thw Saturday night. It is OK if you lack of staff due to the pandemic situation we can understand, it was just, your security seems to be ungrateful that he still got the job. I know he can work better. Nees to train them in general, since i do not want to pointing on one victim only.

i've stayed here at mid August 2020, with my family. Facade is a new hotel, clean enough. And the location is strategic, in the middle of Tawangmangu, beside the Balekambang Park and Bangun Trisno Resto. So nothing to worry if we need some food in the night. Parking area is small, so if we come late, need to park the car in front of the hotel, near Balekambang Park. The room is clean, even not spacious. Only i don't know why the hot water is just slightly warm. I also checked at the other room is the same. I think maybe the boiler for the water heater not enough. This is opportunity to improve for the hotel. The breakfast are simple, not so much variations of the menu. Maybe this is also need to improve. But overall, this hotel is nice, clean, and the location is strategic.

Best hotel with good ambience, entering lobby you will smells a scent of signature fragrance, friendly and polite staff will serve you to get memorable experience, hygiene protocol are applied in all area such as guest lift also at meeting room, spacious room, super clean bathroom, nice view to solo city or mountain view, Believe Alana Solo is the best 4 star hotel in the city.

The place is tranquil and green, a very nice change from the usual hustle and bustles of the city! The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean, the staffs are welcoming. It's a great place to stay and unwind. The room service is not very expensive, and tastes good.

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. If you can, the entrance ticket to Sarangan is free for hotel stayers by showing proof of staying because it includes service...cleanliness is lacking because the floor looks like it's greasy and the corners are still dirty and there's no soap but it can still be tolerated... there's no balcony behind the room, you have to pay a price that's all, you can get a back balcony..the fried rice and tempe are delicious, the spices taste...
