We only stayed one night, unfortunately. We loved the place. When we entered, we thought that it would be a middle of the road thing. WRONG! It is a wonderful place, great architecture for swimming pool with restaurant and garden. The food is good and the breakfast sumptuous. The room was good, as well as the bed and shower. We were really happy. We would have loved to use the swimming pools though, with the wonderful view on the valley with the small river. Next time, if there is any :)

Location wise is very spot on, you can find most stuff easily and within walking distance, minimart, restaurants, market, souvenirs shops, coffee shops. The receptionist is very helpful and resourceful. Breakfast spread is good, they even have a stall with indomie ... lol, someone will prep it for you. You can have breakfast at the same time, you can enjoy the mountains and city view. For a small hotel and budget, it is definitely a very good deal. The do have hairdryer once you ask the receptionist, but it was broken tho, one small thing that they can improve easily, perhaps the hotels can have 3 or four extra.

I recently stayed at Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Despite booking a Deluxe Room, the hotel was in a very poor condition. As the staff was very welcoming the cleanliness of the room was lacking. It was evident that proper cleaning had not taken place prior to our arrival. The floors were dirty, and there was visible stain on various surfaces. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the higher category room we had chosen. Furthermore, the state of the bathroom was alarming. It was completely covered in mold. The presence of mold not only indicates poor maintenance but also poses health risks for guests. This level of negligence was unacceptable and greatly affected our overall experience. Additionally, the condition of the pool was also subpar. It seemed as though maintenance was lacking, as the pool appeared dirty and not well-taken care of. This was disappointing, as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was to enjoy the pool facilities. Overall, Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo is in dire need of renovation and refurbishment. The poor condition of the rooms, the moldy bathroom, and the neglected pool greatly impacted the quality of our stay. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate action to improve the overall experience for future guests as there are

On the side of the highway but not very much getting the road. Got a hook room, the view of the potato garden and a nice street. Big windows. Although there is no air conditioning/equipment, the room is quite comfortable and cool. Not hot and not too cold. The water in the bathroom is heavy, but the warm water is a little warm for a long time. Shampoo and shampoo are provided, 2 small bottled water. I didn't see there was a dispenser. Overall goodssss especially 3 rooms facing the garden hihi. The location is not too high to dieng. So it's close if you want to go to Wonosobo city. It's just that cr eat a little difficult. But want to come back to stay here, it feels like I won't be able to come again. Friendly staff. Affordable price. Been staying here a few times during the pandemic. Now that we're looking for a long-time stay, we had asked for a quotation (multiple times) to the appointed personnel: the gentleman from Sales and some ladies from FO, who both only giving a false hope and not doing their job to at least give a rough quotation. They also don't have synchronized answer regarding the health protocols and requirements we need to bring to the hotel. I must say that the security, housekeeping and waitress from the restaurant are doing terrific job; such an unfortunate that those who sits behind the desk are not being empathetic and accommodating at all. P.S. The hotel needs to be more strict with the wearing the mask policy outside the room since we've witnessed there are plenty of guest who's just mask-free every time they're out. Put more a mandatory sign to wear a mask throughout the property please. Not only in the lobby.
