Our stay at the Houseboat was truly exceptional. The food served was not only delicious but also freshly prepared, adding to the overall experience. The breathtaking Mountain View from the houseboat was incredibly peaceful and serene, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Additionally, the bedsheets and towels were immaculately clean, further enhancing the comfort of our stay. I highly recommend this houseboat for anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable getaway.

By far the worst experience in all of India. The mattresses were incredibly hard calling the toilets and showers functional is a stretch. The promised breakfast and dinner were beyond mediocre. When we tried to leave after complaining about the boat the host was beyond childish and even got on our water taxi and refused to get off. Other than the location it was without a doubt our worst stay in India.

This houseboat is listed as four stars and priced well above the competition but nothing about our stay justifies this. The location on the lake is lovely but the boat features rock hard beds and barely functional bathrooms. The provided dinner and breakfast were the worst we had in India, very small, and an hour and a half late. Imran became very argumentative when we lodged complaints. Advise staying away.

Booked 1 night abd stayed 4 nights houseboat zaindari palace has best location in Dal lake the view was amazing rooms were neat and clean food served on time Imran is the best host he will give you suggestions on how to book car and activities in kashmir recommend

Our experience at Houseboat Zaindari Palace was truly delightful. The balcony offered a breathtaking view, the food was exceptional, and the beds were comfortable and cozy. Overall, it was the finest accommodation we had during our time in Kashmir.
