Eski Merit kalitesi assslaa yok!! Otelin özel ****** müşterisi değilseniz ilgilenmiyorlar.Balayımızda burda çok mutluyduk arkadaşlarımızı da getirdik ve çook pişmanım. İlk sorun havaalanında şoförümüzün olmamasıyla başladı.Merit yetkilileri misafirlerinden habersiz,kendi çabamızla aracımıza ulaştık.Akşam otelimizde konser vardı.Ve tabiki giremedik!Otel müşterilerine özel değil ‘****** müşterilerine özel’miş.Geceliği 30 k verdiğiniz bir otelde alacağınız 1 tane kaliteli hizmet yok! ******’da harcadığınız 100-150 k da önemli sayılmıyor bu arada .Beach’de şezlong krizi var .5 kişiye yer ayarlayamadılar halk plajı gibi kendi kendimize yer yaptık.Cabana’lar rezerve edilmiş bütün gün boş boş duruyor .Tabii ki ****** müşterilerine özel !! Sipariş vermeye çalışıyorum kafamda 10 tane sipariş var diyor.Yani??Belli ki çalışanlar da durumdan mutlu değil.Zaten yerlere göklere sığdıramadıkları ****** müşterileri garsonlara bağırıp çağırıyor.İnsan muamelesi yapmıyorlar. Kahvaltıya inmediğim sabah eşim beğendiği 1 parça böreği odaya getirip bana denetmek istemiş.Götüremezsiniz demişler tabii.Konuşmalar sonucu çalışanlardan biri odaya getirdi.Odaya gelen tabağa inanamazsınız.Eşimin kullanmış olduğu kirli tabağı olduğu gibi odaya yollamışlar.Bu nasıl terbiyesizlik.Temiz bir tabağa koyamadınız mı??!! Son gün late check out yapmak istedik tabiii ki sabahın köründe odadan postaladılar.Üstelik geç çıkış yapabilecek arkadaşımızın odasını söylüyorlar oraya gidebilirsiniz diye:D Biz mülteci gibi 5 yetişkin bir odaya mı yatalım ne bekliyorsunuz?? All inclusive otel hizmeti yok.Her şeye cevap ‘Hayır ‘ Artık Kıbrıs’da çook daha kaliteli oteller mevcut.bu kötü deneyim için çok üzgünüm..

First of all, I would like to thank you for supporting the Freedom Sanctuary for protecting the animals. Today, we found our dog, Daisy, who we lost on January 25th, here safe and sound. She had an accident, she was brought to this shelter by Haybulans after the report, she had an operation on her jaw, and her condition is very good now. We saw her when she saw us. We were very happy, just when we were about to lose hope, we just prayed that she was alive and well, and we ran to pick her up, thanks to a video. Dear Ms. Nurtel, you are here, you took very good care of our daughter, she loved you very much, you gave us the world, and Mr. Mertcan, thank you for allowing us to go to the shelter. Thank you to your hotel for these lives. We would like to thank you for taking care of us, for not remaining silent on the reports, for always supporting us, and for all the volunteers who were there. We are ready to do whatever we can voluntarily, as long as you support us so that other children can find life too. You have brought us together with our daughter, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The operation, which is carried out with an excellent team and understanding of hospitality, also deserves full marks for its employees who strive to fulfill all your requests immediately. I wish continued success to guestrelations manager Murat Bey and his team, (I would also like to thank Ms. Shiblo for the pleasant hotel tour), Ms. Funda and the front office team. I am very grateful to Blue Sea ala carte cook and FB team for the unforgettable evening they provided. By the way, Mr. Yusuf in the main restaurant also took great care of us. I would also like to thank Mr. Soner, the barman at Royal ******, and Ms. Şeyma at Crystal, for their interest. I would like to wholeheartedly thank Mr. GM Aybars and all Merit employees for their hospitality.

We happily entered the 41st year of our marriage in the ambiance of this beautiful hotel. With the warm approach of Murat Mirasoğlu and the hotel management who provided us with this opportunity, we were upgraded to a suite in line with the opportunity provided by the low season. On the evening of our anniversary, we had a special night at an à la carte restaurant, organized by Mr. Murat. The staff was always there and helpful, their friendly approach made us feel comfortable. The bartender made a delicious cocktail with a special mixture for my wife and wrote down the mixture and gave it to us. The food and meat quality in the restaurants was good. The spa was pretty good, the ambience of the pool was great. My wife and I moved very comfortably in all parts of the hotel. We couldn't swim in the sea due to the season, but you can reach the beach in a short time from the hotel. We would like to thank Mr. Murat and the hotel management again. We will be at this beautiful hotel again at the first opportunity.

We stayed at Merit Diamond for a week and left very satisfied. The hotel is already very stylish and beautiful, but the staff was amazing. Attention 10 out of 10 💖🙏🏻 The rooms were spotless, every material put for you to use was of the highest quality. The food was delicious and did not repeat itself in 6 days. Their motto is WITH PLEASURE 💝 You hear this phrase all the time and it makes you feel very good. The beach was sandy and beautiful. In short, I strongly recommend it. By the way, I would like to thank every single staff working at the hotel, thank you and enjoy always🙏🏻🧿💝
