Eski Merit kalitesi assslaa yok!! Otelin özel ****** müşterisi değilseniz ilgilenmiyorlar.Balayımızda burda çok mutluyduk arkadaşlarımızı da getirdik ve çook pişmanım. İlk sorun havaalanında şoförümüzün olmamasıyla başladı.Merit yetkilileri misafirlerinden habersiz,kendi çabamızla aracımıza ulaştık.Akşam otelimizde konser vardı.Ve tabiki giremedik!Otel müşterilerine özel değil ‘****** müşterilerine özel’miş.Geceliği 30 k verdiğiniz bir otelde alacağınız 1 tane kaliteli hizmet yok! ******’da harcadığınız 100-150 k da önemli sayılmıyor bu arada .Beach’de şezlong krizi var .5 kişiye yer ayarlayamadılar halk plajı gibi kendi kendimize yer yaptık.Cabana’lar rezerve edilmiş bütün gün boş boş duruyor .Tabii ki ****** müşterilerine özel !! Sipariş vermeye çalışıyorum kafamda 10 tane sipariş var diyor.Yani??Belli ki çalışanlar da durumdan mutlu değil.Zaten yerlere göklere sığdıramadıkları ****** müşterileri garsonlara bağırıp çağırıyor.İnsan muamelesi yapmıyorlar. We happily entered the 41st year of our marriage in the ambiance of this beautiful hotel. With the warm approach of Murat Mirasoğlu and the hotel management who provided us with this opportunity, we were upgraded to a suite in line with the opportunity provided by the low season. On the evening of our anniversary, we had a special night at an à la carte restaurant, organized by Mr. Murat. The staff was always there and helpful, their friendly approach made us feel comfortable. The bartender made a delicious cocktail with a special mixture for my wife and wrote down the mixture and gave it to us. The food and meat quality in the restaurants was good. The spa was pretty good, the ambience of the pool was great. My wife and I moved very comfortably in all parts of the hotel. Absolutely incredible. One of the finest hotels on the planet. And I have been around the planet. Beautiful lobby, reception, pastry bar, and service, and a great ******. The standard room was as nice as any I have stayed in. Incredible amenities provide complimentary including welcome pastries, bath amenities and in-room amenities. Other five star casinos have much to learn from the Merit Royal Diamond.

We stayed at Merit Diamond for a week and left very satisfied. The hotel is already very stylish and beautiful, but the staff was amazing. Attention 10 out of 10 💖🙏🏻 The rooms were spotless, every material put for you to use was of the highest quality. The food was delicious and did not repeat itself in 6 days. Their motto is WITH PLEASURE 💝 You hear this phrase all the time and it makes you feel very good. The beach was sandy and beautiful. In short, I strongly recommend it.
