One of my worst experiences, however it was a beautiful & luxurious suite but heavy disturbance by the noise of construction very next door, I called 4 times to stop it but to no avail, moreover I asked for a bandage as my feet got hurt on which the receptionist make faces, rude, incompetent & poor staff obviously the manager is at fault as he couldn’t trained his staff to be polite & hospitable.

Brand new hotel in Pakistan. Great finishings, decorated as well as Four Seasons with extra caring service. Once in a lifetime views. Yes, I think they can sell this brand new hotel to the Four Seasons. The hotel manager, Mr Ali made us feel extra welcome after moving our hotel stay from a misguided Lexus Hunza hotel stay. The restaurant had the best food during our entire stay in Pakistan, especially the beef pulao and the chicken briyani. The chef there is a true gift. The beef samosa in the lounge is worth ordering. Unce in a lifetime views. Yes, I think they can sell this brand new hotel to the Four Seasons. Newly constructed with top quality amenities. Rooms and bathrooms was very neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Moreover location is ideal. Near by to Baltit, Altit fort, Duiker viewpoint and Kareemabad Bazar. Hardly 20 km away from Attabad lake.

Perhaps the best place to stay in Hunza. The property is small but the ambience and services are very good and impressive. The room is small but clean and is equipped with all necessary things you'd need including a heater. Every room has an open balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the magnificent Hunza valley. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of Hunza right when you open the door. The iconic Baltit Fort and the imposing mountains are just located on the right above the property. The Lady Finger Mountain is just in front of your eyes. The staff are friendly and attentive. Food is excellent. Free wifi internet is available.

The most luxurious and the only 5 star hotel in Hunza,sub branch of Sarena Hotels.Vast range of parking and gardan of different fruits that any guest can have easily access to the gardan and enjoy Hunza apples,cherry and etc.Charming and the only view in Hunza that Sarena have,are rakaposhi peak,diran peak,golden peak and lady finger in front of the guest sitting in the Sarena Hotel's Gardan and can make amazing pic shoots.They have also the restaurent where you can get Hunza Tradition food.

Excellent hotel that beautifully embodies the atmosphere of this valley framed by fascinating snow-capped mountains. Located in a terraced area, you can admire breathtaking views of the valley that instill calm and tranquility. Local style rooms, quite small with private bathrooms. The bathroom water for the toilet and shower comes out gray from the sand, probably because it is taken directly from the streams fed by the melting of the glaciers. Sandy but clean ... quite satisfactory the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
