One of the best hotels in Karlovy Vary... delicious breakfasts and amazing medicine ❤️🇨🇿 spa area at the level👌 visited the Cryo chamber 😊 one of the best in the Czech Republic and the best in Karlovy Vary... my husband and I will return many times

Отель хороший, питание разнообразное, персонал отзывчивый. Все хорошо! Номера хорошие в зависимости от категории, мы выбрали комфорт но нам попался балкон и много полок для одежды. Есть даже резиновые тапочки для спа. Спа это отдельная история, обилие простынь и полотенец, саун. Вообщем отдохнуть можно на славу. Только в медцентре не понравилась Рецепция, напутали с процедурами, не понятно в какой кабинет идти , массажиста меняла 4 раза хотела найти самого лучшего, но не была впечатлена.

Great hotel and spa I spent a weekend in, friendly personnel and beautiful rooms. The place itself is stunning as expected from a 5 star hotel. The wellness area is warm with several pools and sauna. I've had a very nice romantic weekend with my girlfriend

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit ganzem Ambiente und besonders von medizinischem Dienst! Gastronomie war auch sehr schön ! Saunalandschaft ist eine Begeisterung! Ich komme unbedingt wieder! Physiotherapie hat mir sehr geholfen! Doctor Omarova ist sehr fachlich ,sage ich als Arzt!
