Es passte alles, sehr schönes Hotel, hervorragend ausgestattetes Zimmer, tolle Zentrale aber ruhige Lsge. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr schöner Spa- Bereich.

Наша семья приезжает в эту гостиницу в 9-й раз. Мы были во многих гостиницах в Карловых Варах, такого шикарного обслуживания как в Royal Regent мы не получали нигде. Отдельное спасибо персоналу с резервации (менеджер Марцела), а так же девочкам с рецепшена - Вера, Таня, Андреа. Так же отдельная благодарность всему персоналу лечебной зоны, большое спасибо главному менеджеру Светлане. Так же я хочу отметить прекрасное обслуживание в ресторане с очень вкусной и разнообразной кухней. В гостинице присутствует диетолог, который подскажет правильное питание для всех гостей. Очень чистые номера, за что спасибо горничным отеля. Планируем приехать в апреле. С большим уважением, семья Milshtein из Израиля.

Wir machen unser Urlaub in Royal Regent seit 2011. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder gerne. Das Hotel, Personal, Behandlung alles ist auf dem besten Stand. Don't stay in Royal Regent unless you enjoy intoxication with cigarette smoke from your constantly puffing neighbours who occasionally drop the ash onto your head when you are having breakfast on a tiny overcrowded patio. The reception staff can neither enforce HSE rules nor even split cash into small bankotes. Very 1990s Soviet-sryle experience!

Prepareness and agility of the staff is the main value of this enterprise. Clean as well as bright interiors with decent facilities; minimalistic or either artdeco furniture. Nevertheless pleasant and indeed comfortable. Takže: návštevu doporučujem.

One thing in advance - despite the title, this is a positive review (solution at the end of the report). I last visited 5 years ago (only for 2 days), and thought it was time to write a report after a 5-day stay. The hotel offers everything a 4-star spa hotel should offer, but nothing more. No effort to at least move towards 4+. In general, the impression is that there is a cost-cutting program that is only briefly switched off during breakfast. Hopefully this does not affect the numerous and friendly staff... Spa treatments directly in the hotel (note: as of recently, guests are no longer receiving treatments tailored to them as part of the relaxation program, but only those that the spa manager has just thought of. If you want more or different treatments, you can choose from the long and expensive list), all of the springs and attractions in the spa town are within 5-10 minutes. A spa area must be available in a 4* hotel, which is why we have one here too...and now comes the dilemma - a 5* hotel Olympic Palace with the same program and comparable rooms (for 4 people) was only €1,000 more expensive, but that's a whole different story!

The hotel looks good and bright. The breakfast is very good. The spa and wellness gives it a big plus. The logistic route is not handy. First to go with one elevator and then to change to another to get in your room...... We were unlucky that during our stay the watersupply was cleaned. Gaves us 2 days not water in the morning, came after some hours. One of the receptionist didn't speak English at all......you would say in these modern times a must.

Terrible service, terrible food. Stingy prople conniving. I am not surebwhuch other place with meals prepaid..dares to provide such a poor quality. If u go for excursion and missing your paid off meal...they may replace tiyr food with 2 piecesbof bread and crackers. If you come 10 min later and left hungry.. without any water even. Mineral barhs made with crystals given in your room. Terrible...no water fountains. Save your money

Location good, room good, maybe would have been nice to have a bath but shower worked well. Breakfast very good, highlight was scrambled eggs. An additional coffee machine would have been good to lessen the waiting time in the morning for that all important coffee:) Great Hotel with helpful, pleasant staff
