A full package of meals was purchased - breakfast, lunch and dinner and treatment for me and my mother. I would like to dwell on the important points of staying in this hotel, which significantly affect the quality of treatment and recreation: - food - there is no dietary food, the food offered, on the contrary, contributes to the occurrence/exacerbation of problems with the gastrointestinal tract, although the hotel positions itself as a sanatorium for improving the health of the body. The table is full of overcooked dishes and dishes with an abundance of mayonnaise. With full board, which includes a choice of drinks, only cold water is offered for dinner. Hot water, tea only for a fee. - treatment - the number of procedures is limited (usually no more than 3 of one type), all procedures are minimal in time and do not have a therapeutic/preventive effect. A back massage with a large amount of cream is carried out in a poorly heated room and is more reminiscent of stroking a cat. Gas injections are given under low pressure with a small dose of gas. The medical staff does not know how to administer a basic intramuscular injection. - in the bathrooms of the rooms, ceramic tiles are laid on the floor, the surface of which is not intended for wet areas and is dangerous for humans if water gets on it. - the administration’s attitude towards clients is, to put it mildly, disrespectful, the client is perceived only as a source of money without providing him with a high-quality level of service corresponding to the price of stay/treatment - the towels are shabby, the rooms do not have tea utensils/kettle, it is forbidden for restaurant workers to give boiling water to the room, despite requests from clients with health problems, and for whom boiling water in the room is a necessity, not a whim. - I was injured at the hotel - a broken collarbone in the bathroom of my hotel room due to the tiles on the floor, which did not meet safety requirements. At the same time, the hotel administration did not react to this in any way, and my request to return the money for the treatment, which I paid in full and could not continue to take due to a broken collarbone, was ignored, and I was denied a refund for the treatment. In all our experience of staying in hotels around the world, this is the first time we have encountered such an indifferent attitude towards clients. If you want to visit Karlovy Vary, then this hotel does not correspond to the level of a 4* hotel, the price does not correspond to the quality of services and treatment, as well as customer service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
