Had a great time with big family at the frontier restaurant inside noormahal. Staff is really courteous and attended to all our needs promptly. This was our second time and again a Great experience, would definitely recommend to all who seek luxury dining !!!

Service personnel attitude is good. Superb location and property must to try. Food is average. Tea and coffee are poorly made despite of several request and attempts. Bar is an excellent place to sit and have fun time. Wifi is not working properly.

We were looking for a heritage property for our anniversary and we came across Noor Mahal Palace in Karnal. It was just 2.5 hours from Gurgaon and away from the hustle bustle of the city. The whole property was so beautiful and traditional yet aesthetic. We also attended a wellness festival with yoga class and sound healing session. Our room was beautiful and the spa experience was surreal. Food was the cherry on the top. special mention to Shubham and Satpal for being so hospitable.

Awesome property! Excellent staff, ambience. Food was very tasty but highly priced. Place is secluded. You either need your own vehicle or depend on hotel cab service. A good place to relax and enjoy with friends and family. Highly recommended!

The place is good and worth visiting in company of friends/family. Lots of activities for each and every age group. The rooms are neat and the service overall is Good. The spa facilities are on the downside, the staff is non-cooperative. We should respect the privacy of visitors to choose individual options for opting spa/jacuzzi services. The staff at spa reception is highly adamant and gives reactions when you ask to book separate slots for each family member for spa/jacuzzi(we were asked to come together). Even during the services they dont explain the things as desired. Sometimes you are all by yourself. You expect a different courtesy from a 5 star hotel facilities perspective. Please look at adressing it. They need some counselling.

Please make bathroom floors no slippery and with handrails. Service was excellent and all staff services were outstanding. Aarthi was best and must be given promotion. Recommend to expand this hotel place to Kashmir so more people appreciate our historical heritage.
