Hotel nie zasługuje na 3 gwiazdki, wymaga totalnego remontu, a uprzejmość obslugi nie uratuje miejsca bo płacimy za standard a nie namiastkę. Pokoje sprzątane pobieżnie. Ściany pokoi nie wygłuszone słychać każdorazowe korzystanie z lazienki przez sąsiadów zarówno nad i obok pokoju, o 4 na stok wjeżdża ratrak którego warkot gwarantuje że nie pośpisz o ile wcześniej nie zbudzi cię sąsiad udający się za potrzebą. Odpływy w zlewie i kabinie niedrożne, a jako gość nie mam ochoty iść i zgłaszać bo to powinno być spawdzane przez obsługę hotelu, przed wydaniem pokoju, no chyba Panie/Panowie sprzątający widzieli myjąc zlew ze kuzwa woda stoi…. Obiady smaczne niemniej trzeba się upomnieć żeby Obsluga doniosła ziemniaków czy mięsa jak się przyjdzie później niż początek obiadokolacji…. śniadanie rozczarowujące. Restauracja czynna tylko w godzinach obiadokolacji, bar tylko z nazwy, parę piw z lodówki do wyboru. Basen mały woda lodowata, oszczędzać na ogrzewaniu basenu przy takich wymiarach to żart, jakuzi brudne. Ogólnie nie polecę obiektu

Das Vivaldi ist ein gutes Mittelklassehotel im oberen Teil von Karpacz. Es liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Mein Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich, da war für alle was dabei.

Hotel niestety bardzo słaby, niewygodne materace wymagające natychmiastowej wymiany, szara podarta pościel, brak sygnału w TV, brak szlafroków basenowych, bardzo skromna łazienka tylko mydełko w dozowniku o wyposażeniu już nie wspomnę. Nieprzyjemny zapach w całym hotelu. Jednym słowem hotel wymaga remontu i odświeżenia. Moi drodzy za ceną (zapłaciliśmy za pobyt 2 osób 886 zł/dobę) powinna iść jakość.
