I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

Hotel bardzo fajny i nie moge za dużo zarzucic, sauna w pokoju super ale trudno rozgrzac wiecej niz 80 stopni, jednak przy tej cenie uwazam ze parking powinien byc za darmo, albo co najmniej powinna byc widoczna informacja ze trzeba doplacic za niego 40zl.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Hill with my family. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out too well for us, but that doesn't change the fact, that the stay itself was nice. I don't understand some of the reviews here. Some people would rather have caviar and a red carpet, or I don't know. Don't be discouraged. The place is really nice, with lots of activities, good food, excellent wellness services, beautiful and clean accommodation (modern). A place for couples but also families with children. A place with potential, but with numerous shortcomings that are essentially disrupting your stay. First, an additionally paid unguarded parking near the property. At such location the resort should be included in the price of the room. No information about a paid parking at your phone reservation. In the bedroom unfolded sofa with extra bed, which dissolves significantly deteriorating sleep quality. Total failure. A very loud oven that switches at night, noises sleep disturbing. The fireplace/case in the room, so advertised in the offer, requires extra purchase of wood (!) - no information about this at the time of booking. The kitchenette is very poorly equipped- contrary to the description on the website. The room cleaning and towels exchange only after 4 days of stay (!). The bathroom bath is severely bitten by the tooth of time, it requires definitely renovation or exchange. The room has a balcony with a view directly to the nearby windows of the buildings across from the room. It is not true that the information from the website that you can admire views from the balcony, unless you mention views of the children's playroom or guest room checked in front of you. The pool-saun complex with potential, but surrounded by a huge number of children, is a terrible harmider and chaos. A good solution to praise is the pool only for adults from 20.30. During our stay, however, the pool was temporarily closed due to alleged accident or pollution- we did not receive any compensation. Some of the ladies in the reception are very unfriendly, decent Italian restaurant, we're not going back anymore.

Our family stayed in apartament deluxe. It was spacious and clean but very basic. We did not understand why the closet was situated in the kitchen. There was no closet in the bedroom. We did not cook so I am not sure how well the kitchen is equipped. The hotel is very nice, there are two restaurants open during the weekend. The Blue restaurant was OK but the Green restaurant was very small and crowded which made us uncomfortable. The food was good. We were not happy with the animation program.

Many thanks for a lasting stay in these impressive walls. Special thanks go to the ladies at the reception desk, who seriously impaired the stay with their particularly strong self-confidence and poor communication with each other. It's just a shame that the good performance of the service and kitchen staff was lost in the overall package. Unfortunately, this stay is hard to beat in terms of sustainability. Unfriendly welcome. Rooms no longer correspond to the standard expected and shown on the website (we had already been there three years ago and were very satisfied then). In the meantime, a little worn, not so clean and defects amateurishly and makeshiftly ”repaired” (cracked tiles in the bathroom, black silicone joints in the shower, etc.). Additional services booked (romantic dinner) were forgotten despite electronic data processing - or deliberately because of a tour group present. When reminded of this, we only reluctantly looked in the system and asked for the desired time. As they couldn't remember the following evening and suggested we eat in our room, we decided against it and cancelled dinner. The cancellation was then (how could it be otherwise) also forgotten during the payment process. So we had to pay almost 300.00 zl for dinner that we didn't eat. Explanations and clarifications from the reception staff were annoying, as they suddenly didn't want to or couldn't understand Polish, German or English (which had been no problem up until then). In the end, the amount was generously waived. Thank you very much for that too. We will definitely recommend this hotel, but we don't know who to recommend it to at the moment. The surroundings, restaurant services (albeit limited) and breakfast were good. So if you are prepared to make certain compromises, can do without additional services, overlook a few things and can live with the mismanagement, then it's OK, although there are several accommodations in the vicinity that have more to offer in a comparable price-performance ratio and seem to be better managed.

We've been coming to the area for years and decided to check out this hotel which only opened last year. In short, it's amazing! Located directly above the small town of Szklarska Poreba it's a bit out of the way for most tourists but that's fine with us. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The spa area is spacious and you can find bathrobes and slippes in your room. We choose the half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty and no wishes were left open. We had a mountain view superior suite with 2 bathrooms and a very large balcony - amazing views and an amazing room. Two minor complaints are that the balcony does not have any railings between the rooms and everybody can walk up right to your windows and look into your rooms. Also, there is not enough parking space, you should definitely book that in advance. We loved our time there and will definitely be back. Radisson members get free water bottles in their rooms, so it might be a good idea to join.
