Otelin konumu şehir merkezinde sayılabilecek bir konumdaydı. Araçla maksimum 10-12 dk içerisinde şehir merkezine ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Tatil dönemlerinde ve özellikle haftasonu aşırı yoğunluk olduğu için otel içerisinde rahat etmek pek mümkün değil. Kahvaltı salonu aynı anda gelen 3-4 tur grubu için yetersiz kalıyor. Asansörde aynı şekilde yoğun dönemlerde yetersiz kalıyor. Bizim konakladığımız tatihlerde asansörün birinde arızalı yazıyordu sonrasında kontrol edince çalıştığını fark ettik. Şehirde tur acentelerinin sanırım en çok tercih ettikleri otellerden biri.

It s a some what tired hotel and the odd light bulb wasn’t working but value for money was very good. It was clean and comfortable, our room and bathroom were massive and we had a very large jacuzzi bath.The water pressure for bath and shower were like none we had seen before and there was a HUGE selection at breakfast including local honeycomb. You d be hard pushed to get a better breakfast. If I went back to Kars I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Staff were very helpful.

17-18 subat geceleri kaldığımız tur şirketinin ayarladığı otel . 813 numaralı odada konakladık ve odanin pencere camı kırıktı . Evet bildiginiz disariya acilan pencerenin camı. Görevliye söyledik gelip baktı . Farketmemisiz dedi . Ve 2 gün o odada konakladik . Oda degisikligi icin ilk gece gosterilen oda daha da berbatti . İkinci gece icin oda degisikligini yine teklif ettiler . Biz kabul etmedik . Otel yonetiminden 2 gece konaklamanin 1 gecesini iade istedim . Umursamadilar . Size sans tanıdım ama siz oralı olmadiniz , odanin fotografiyla birlikte sizi her yere sikayet edecegim . Siz iade yapana kadar hakkimi aramaya devam edecegim . Oyle bi odada konaklayip o parayi benden alamazsiniz .

Ein gutes Hotel zum fairen Preis. Das Zimmer und das Bad ist leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber man merkt die 4 Sterne. Ins besondere muss ich das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen hervorheben - wirklich sehr gut und schmackhaft. Bin begeistert!

Odada içinde para olan cüzdanımı unuttum, arayıp bakmalarını istediğimiz zaman bulamadıklarını söylediler ve biz sabah çıkış yaptık sonra giriş yapan olmamış. Çalışkan personel demek ki güvenilir değil, kim aldıysa zehir zıkkım olsun.

Otelde ciddi bir asansör krizi yaşadık. 5 6 7 ve 8. Katlardaki odalar için tek bir asansör hizmete açıktı. O da dar ve küçüktü. Müşteriler asansör sırası için birbirlerini yediler. Otel bu soruna acil bir çözüm üretmeli.
