The phone number for contacting the hotel in the Ctrip hotel order is wrong, and no one answered the call. Later, I contacted customer service to help me get the hotel to pick me up. I waited for more than an hour. Ctrip should confirm whether the information is correct, especially for this kind of need to contact the hotel. There are also problems in the communication between the hotel and Ctrip. I paid in advance, and when I checked out, the hotel still gave me a bill to pay. Fortunately, I told them that there was no problem after confirmation, otherwise it would take time to communicate again. We had a fantastic stay at hotel. The hotel serve us well and taken great care of our old parents. The rooms are a bit dated but the staff, the driver and cafe staff service made it all up. The hotel is located to the old town area and with plenty of good restaurants near by. The hotel car service takes you to train station for free. This save us a lot of time and money as we are travelling with two old people.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .
