Very comfortable stay. Very good service at the reception and the restaurant. Food served at the restaurant was awesome. Variety in the breakfast counter can be better. But for a person like me who does not eat much, the food options provided were good enough Highly recommended to stay,

Nice Hotel with friendly staff ever ready to assist all guests. Nice experience. Good restaurant. Parking area is very clean and manned by security at all times. Highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Karur to use this hotel. Good Location. Other essential facilities within walking distance too.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.everything about our stay was fantastic.the staff are all excellent,kind and very welcoming; they really do so much to make your stay enjoyable.the hotel itself is in a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of karur which is nice.it is stunningly beautiful inside and out room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.food was amazing; there were many options at breakfast.The housekeeping staff Mr Madhi and Always supporting team guy senior staff Mr Nandha kumar was fantastic and helped us throughout our stay.i really can't thank the hotel & staff enough, I will be staying in another hotel in the future!

The room was clean, comfortable with no bad odour. The staff were courteous and helpful. Good parking space and good food. Only suggestion would be to get the room ventilation system updated so that we can set the temperature as desired, mine was not working.

The home for mosquito. Staff is rude Always taking 30 minutes and more for checkout. Charging excess amount without any intimation. If you ask something they will always hesitate to provide. Even restaurant has limited options. Totally recommended to stay here

Room service was good. Bathroom door was noisy. Food was very good, both in-room dining and morning buffet. Asked for a late checkout by 2 hrs but it wasn't provided. Overall experience of our stay was good. I don't have any big complaints with the hotel.

The up keep of rooms are not satisfactory , needed to change room/s Noticed hotel is charging extra service charge in room tariff and there is no explanation for this . Business of the hotel should be fair and transparent . It is not fall under fair business practice .

+ From check-in to Check-out, well done. + My room [114] was clean and neatly kept [Efficient service was provided by the front office staff, Shalini] + Restaurant Service, top class [Dinner served by staff Daniel]. + Morning breakfast was healthy and excellent, and the menu was balanced. [Well attended by Staff S.Basker and Aravind. NOTE: Could the water force in the health faucet be checked? Thank you.

For the location it was ok, it is the best hotel in Karur and is at European standard. The restaurant has fabulous dishes all authentic Indian, breakfast has improved since my last stay. The rooms are clean and in good condition. They might want to give the public area a general facelift at some point.
