The location of the resort is its biggest highlight, offering scenic surroundings. While the property feels a little old, it seems they have newer rooms as well. The food was average, but the high tea was enjoyable. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, especially Rethish. He guided us to the nearby tourist spots and even went the extra mile to help us find a Theyyam performance in the surrounding villages. Unfortunately, due to time restrictions, we couldn’t attend. Overall, a pleasant experience!

We had an amazing time at Malabar Ocean Front! Our family weekend getaway was everything we hoped for and more. The spacious room easily accommodated all four of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, and we spent our days playing in the beach and then in the swimming pool. It was a wonderful time for the kids. The balcony and open bathroom made our hotel room feel more like a beachside retreat. The food was incredible, with generous portions that always left us satisfied. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests, and we're especially grateful to Sijo, Jishnu, Ratheesh, and the entire kitchen team for making our holiday so unforgettable. I also treated myself to a spa appointment, and Bindu, the skilled masseuse, worked her magic to melt away all my stress and tension. Thanks to the entire team at Malabar Ocean Front for creating such a wonderful experience for our family!

Amazing place... We celebrated our wedding anniversary... Just chilling by their private beach. As we visited in October, I think the weather was perfect. Not too hot. This season was perfect during early morning and evening! The high tea and hammock and swing by the break were super!

Beautiful location, well maintained property, but the staff are under trained, if you complain against any issues they take there own time to resolve. Food can be improved.

We checked in the evening, the men in the reception were so lathergic it took forever for them to allot us the room. Same during check out, at the time of things getting digital, the *** at reception was taking his own time printing

This is a 1 star resort
The check in and out and service of this resort is hopeless. Everything is very expensive for what you get but the only saving grace for this hotel is the natural beauty and ambiance.

It was excellent stay! Really top class. All the staff including guard at the beach makes sure that you feel comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Food was excellent! Chefs happily make any food that you desire. Room service is very good. Territory is surrounded with beautiful trees, flowers. And what is surprising that the beach is very clear- no plastic bottles no garbage. You can have beautiful walks ***** the beach. It’s our second time staying at Malabar Ocean Resort and I highly recommend it. Thank you everybody for for making sure that we had comfortable stay. Will come again.
