Super convenient - located right across from the ancient city. The hotel was very new and looked amazing on the inside to our surprise. Service was fantastic! They had a shuttle that took us to the main road so we didn’t have to move all our luggage on our own when we left. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Bathroom was good - shower was spacious, enclosed, and the floor had these grippy things making it less slippery. Breakfast was delicious! Highchair was available for my baby. Would 100% stay here again.

Good location, good service, has washing machine free to use, very helpful. Best of all the front desk people helped me patiently when needed.

The staff, while not speaking, was very helpful and kind. Our stay has been very pleasant.

Traveling to Kashgar, I stayed here for four nights and got a free upgrade to a family room for the last two nights. The hotel is beautiful and grand, and the rooms are clean, spacious and tidy. The service is very enthusiastic, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the breakfast is rich in variety. A pretty good hotel in the ancient city area!

It's actually really good! It's also very close to the East City Gate! The only downside is that it's hard to find a seat during breakfast time! We were also given a free upgrade to a family room

I checked in on Monday, April 29th, got off the plane, and took a taxi around 18:00. The driver couldn't understand Mandarin. After contacting the front desk, a very gentle lady answered the call. She explained the location of the hotel to the driver clearly. After the store, he transferred the fare to me and explained in a friendly way that the hotel can take pictures in Hanfu, that there is a gym, laundry room, breakfast time, etc. When I went shopping, he also greeted me, which was very warm. I made a few suggestions. This young lady and another young lady also answered the question in detail. Like it!

Facilities: We booked a business king-size room, which was very large and had a small train seat. However, the shower door in the bathroom was not closed tightly, and the water flow was relatively large. Water leaked into the toilet outside. After reporting to the front desk lady, the lady quickly cleaned it and sent us a fruit plate to express her apology. She was very sincere. Hygiene: Very clean, worthy of being a hotel under Huazhu Club, the quality is guaranteed. Environment: The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic area, next to Kunlun Tower. Parking tickets are also provided for self-driving. The interior of the hotel is made into the shape of the Shining movie, with guest rooms around and the front desk in the middle. There is also a sofa rest area and office area on the first floor. The front desk has a hot water area and microwave oven, and there is also loving mineral water for those in need to take by themselves, which is very considerate. Service: The front desk lady is very polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich, but the sweet potatoes seem not to be fully steamed, and the wonton skin is too thick. The others are OK (o^^o) In summary, there are some shortcomings, but the flaws do not cover the merits. It is recommended to stay 😬

It's very good. This is my second time to stay. It must be the off-season recently. We didn't check out until four o'clock. The hotel staff are very good, but the breakfast is average, but it doesn't matter as an additional thing. I will come back next time.

Since I went to Tashkurgan for two days in the middle of my trip to Kashgar, I booked a business king-size room for two more nights after I came back. The room was very large, with a small sofa, and the rest was similar to the superior king-size room I stayed in the previous two days. Overall, I was very satisfied, and this trip to Kashgar ended successfully.
