Outstanding stay. The best place to stay when visiting Kashgar. Hassle free. Conveniently located. Could not ask for more. Jason, Charlie, and Marina had all the answers at the front desk. Their English is impeccable. The restaurant is fabulous, with a terrific breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience! Loved the friendly and very welcoming service (big thanks to Charlie for the smooth and super quick check-in). The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was great too. Would definitely come back!

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

Friendly staff who speak English and are very happy to help with your trip. Clean rooms and even a bath, that was useful especially in the cold ❄️ Breakfast is ok

Had an amazing stay in Radisson. The front balcony staff was very patient and kind, the amenities were great (enjoyed swimming pool), amenities were clean and the room was quiet. I made our stay in Kasghar even more pleasant!

‘Charlie’ he is really Good. His service is really professional. He really treats me very well and helps me a lot during my stay in hotel. Good thing is that his English is really Perfect which helps me to understand the procedures of check in and check out as a foreigner.

I really enjoyed my stay here- the room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious! I didn’t have time to explore all the amenities but from what I could see, everything looked great.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my current trip to Xinjiang. Choosing Radisson Blu Hotel was a wise decision for me. Radisson Blu Hotel is worthy of being the best hotel in Kashgar. It is indeed worthy of its name. It is very good. The overall environment is very good, the restaurant has rich dishes, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bath and tub water are very large and drain quickly. The executive lounge has many varieties, exquisite desserts and delicious dishes are perfect, the front desk service is very considerate and enthusiastic. The front desk manager Xiao Yang and Aikebai heard that I was going to the plateau and gave me an oxygen cylinder. They also introduced the attractions and precautions of the Shangta County Plateau. Thank you very much. After staying in Tashi County for two days and returning to Kashgar, I still resolutely chose to book the Radisson Blu Hotel. It is great overall! I will recommend it to my relatives and friends. I also want to praise Nurmamat, Muyesel, Minawar, etc., and give a big thumbs up to the Radisson Blu Hotel team👍

The service environment is very good. The breakfast is the best in Tashan County. Thank you Ma Yanxia for patiently hosting our group of 10 people to eat, drink and chat in the lounge on the 19th floor.
