Superb location near food, shopping and ancient city. Excellent facilities and comes with very well equipped laundry room. Check-in and check out was fast and efficient. 依诺 and 悦琳at front desk was very helpful during check out process.

Hotel has a good location for exploring western part of old city. Breakfast was nice especially if you starve for good coffee in the morning. Room bright and airy. Good sleep.

The room is nice. Although it is on the pedestrian street, it is very quiet. We have a room on the inside. The front desk lady is very responsible. The arrangement is very good. You can also apply for a border pass nearby. There is a police station in the alley of the 7 Days Hotel near the post office after crossing the overpass. Just ask them when you see the parked police car.

The hotel is very close to the old city of Kashgar, located in a busy street, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. The hotel lobby is small, the front desk service is warm and responsive, but there are few elevators and it is difficult to wait. The room decoration looks a bit old, and the lighting is dim. The first impression is quite average. I stayed for two nights in total, and found that the customer service did not replenish anything except re-arranging the bedding, including slippers, drinking water, toiletries, and the floor was not cleaned extra, which is a bad review! The good impression is that the sleep quality was very good for two consecutive nights, which shows that the mattress and pillow are very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, just across the overpass from the pedestrian street, and not far from the food street, just over ten minutes' walk away. If you drive, you can park at the back door of the hotel, and the security guard will help you with your luggage. When checking in, they took the initiative to help upgrade the room type.

Hygiene: Very poor hygiene. There are red spots on the chair in front of the desk in our room. I won't post the pictures to prevent discomfort. The quilt cover and pillowcase are dirty. I called the waiter to change them. Late night porridge arrived: I went there at 10:20 and the porridge bowl was empty. I was told to wait for 20 minutes and then a bowl of porridge with watery soup was served. Environment: The environment is messy. People wearing bathrobes and pajamas are everywhere on the 4th floor. Service: The service is barely passable. Facilities: The last hotel in Xinjiang trip, really disappointed. I stayed in Atour in Yining and Kuitun before, and it felt good. This one in Kashgar Pedestrian Street is really bad.
