Porto Sani

Wonderful holiday to Porto Sani. We were greeted by Alexis our personal concierge for the week who was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble including bringing our children ice cream after we missed the daily visit! Second trip to Porto Sani and the service was top as previously experienced. Lots to do, great food, beautiful grounds and amazing splash pool for the kids.

This was our fourth visit to Sani and our first time staying at Porto. Our visit this year was the best yet. In our previous two visits, we have felt that some things, whilst still excellent, had dipped slightly to levels lower than our pre-pandemic trip. This year the improvements across the resort were noted. A new garden theatre show schedule was brilliant and the additional kids shows were much appreciated. Dancers were back at the White party which added to the special energy that the night brings. We prefer ordering dinner from the a la carte but the improved dine-around menus meant that we used them once or twice. The football training at the Chelsea academy had a new and improved syllabus and the additional Striker session on Saturday was brilliant too. Porto was beautiful, everything about the hotel was perfect. We spent most of our time around the kid's splash pool which was perfect for our two-year-old. I thought the service around the pool was good but not as attentive as other areas of the hotel. 13:30 ice creams were a great touch for the kids. We had a one-bedroom suite which was perfect in helping keep the 1 & 6-year-old from waking each other up. Plenty of space, modern and spotlessly clean. Lima was once again our favourite restaurant. Katsu, Ammos, Ouzerie, and Maccaroni were all beautiful for different reasons. The food at Asian was magnificent although the service there didn't give off the same warm and friendly charm that we were used to. The staff, as they have always been were exceptional. I don't often like to single people out, as there are so many members of staff and it's very rare that you come across anyone who isn't brilliant, but I do have to merit some people that stood out as going above and beyond and featured their amazing services more than others. Porto: Philip Philip needs to be at the forefront of what Porto Sani plans for 2025. He is everything that Sani is about. He seemed to pop up everywhere to assist us. He remembered names and events, he had great conversations, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Aleksandra Was amazing at guest services, she helped arrange a special occasion, and checked on us throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. She arranged and managed everything perfectly. Garden Theatre: Dionisis My sons highlight of the day was seeing Dionisis in the Garden Theatre, he was amazing with the kids, entertaining them in between shows! He was so attentive and went above and beyond with everything that he did for us. Stella So friendly and helpful, and always provided great service with a smile. Bousoulous Aspa Our friend since 2019! Can not do enough for you, it's lovely to see her doing so well, year after year. It'll be hard to stay anywhere but Porto next year when we will hopefully visit for our fifth time.

We love Porto Sani so much we have stayed 7 times in a row! The staff make you feel so welcome and are very attentive and great with the kids. The general manager Sergio Tsantekidis made us feel so welcome and extended a very warm Greek hospitality to us. Other outstanding staff who made our holiday so special were Efthemis the restaurant manager and Angela Tampakou who manages Lima restaurant. The sommelier Konstantinos was fantastic too and recommended some exceptional wine pairing with the Peruvian dishes. The kids club is exceptional and the childcare team are extremely talented. Carolina and Casey babysat for us and they both had boundless energy to entertain our two boys. Stories, games, singing and Lego! Everyone is so friendly and keen to cater for your every need to ensure you have the most unforgettable family holiday. See you in 2025 Porto Sani team!

We returned to SANI this year and had our best family vacation to date. The amenities and activities really allow for a well rounded experience for all age groups. We really enjoyed the beach as it is shallow and allows the kids to play in calm waters. Our concierge, Alexis, was extremely helpful and coordinated every activity and dinner and thought of many details which made the holiday feel custom tailored to us. Already looking back to returning for a 3rd year.

Porto Sani has become our absolute favourite holiday spot since years ... and the hotel gets even better every year. From the first to the last minute we were pampered once again with a personalised high-quality service that is second to none. The "Porto Sani Feeling" is simply unbeatable. Every member of staff is attentive, friendly and always highly motivated to fulfill every wish. Special praise and our heartfelt thanks go to GM Pavel Murans. He and his great team make everything possible to delight each and every guest. We not only feel welcome here but also warmly cared for and "at home". It doesn't get any better than this! We are completely delighted with our stay at Porto Sani and can only warmly recommend this very special place. We`ll definitely be back - soon!

We had 6 nights in Porto Sani and it was incredible. As soon as we arrived all the staff welcomed us back and remembered us and the children. My 1 year old ( who has never been to nursery) loved the kids club, Sophie made her feel so welcomed and by day 3 she was super keen to go. Sophie sent me a text each day to keep me updated on sleep times and made a craft each day including a apple crumble I have never had a baby sitter @ Sani however we used sophie and I can’t recommend her enough! We were able to book this 1 hour before dinner! The staff at Sani are amazing , I have never had service anywhere like this hotel before. When you arrive you have a what’s app concierge service which runs from 7-11pm which is super helpful . Our highlight was our meal at Lima( thank you Pavel) so much detail goes into the menu ( the management flew to all the top restaurants in Dubai, London, New York with the chef to carefully choose the menu) the Sea bass risotto was incredible. Pavel and Sergio checked in with us daily and also came to where we were eating in the evenings to ensure we were enjoying our stay. They are both very professional, always look smart and approachable . The restaurant staff take note of your favourite drinks orders and remember them ( nice touch) I recommend taking euros for tips, they are really appreciated and deserve with all their hard work and long hours The house keeping visited our room x 2-3 times a day which was great especially with having 3 children! We keep returning to Sani Resort and Porto Sani. Pavel and his team are first class. Customer service, restaurants and kid’s facilities allow the whole family a a luxury holiday. My daughter had babysitting with Georgia and she could not have been more attentive with her in kid’s club too. Everything you could want.

Porto Sani - The best Family Hotel! Great Restaurants, with beautiful views. Great DJ Performances. So many children activites. The Suite was beautiful. The Service is the best. Our guest Relation supervisor Alexandra was amazing. She Made Everything possible!
