The hot spring is small (there is only enough space for 4 people to wash). There are not enough complimentary pillows. The drinks at the welcome bar were not very tasty.

It's close to the station, and the breakfast and hot spring service were great.
The staff were friendly and there was a staff member who spoke Korean well, which was nice.
There's a mart and convenience store nearby, and there are many restaurants, so it's very convenient.

The room is not big, but the service is very good. We arrived at the hotel early, stored our luggage and went to watch the fireworks. We came back late. The front desk got off work at 12 o'clock in the evening. The staff also sent the car to our room. It was very considerate. Thank you

The room is very clean and tidy, the service is very good, the hot spring is great, the only drawback of Japanese hotel rooms is that they are a little smaller!
