Excellent value for money at this up and coming new hotel! Lovely quiet location, with similar type hotels on the street. Massage place 5 mins walk away, Thamel shops and restaurants 5 mins away. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Hot shower, tv, fridge and big bed. Lovely quiet roof terrace and excellent service from the hotel staff and manager. We would stay here again!

From the bottom of our hearts, a huge thank you to the entire Vastu Hotel team ❤️My family and I stayed for more than a week, and every moment was filled with warmth and care. The owner himself is incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us, arranging cars, food, and everything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the location in Thamel is just perfect. A special mention to Bikram, who was always there to assist us with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and on point, but what truly sets this hotel apart is how they make you feel like family. It’s not just a place to stay it’s an experience filled with kindness and hospitality. We will always cherish our time here and highly recommend Vastu Hotel to anyone visiting Nepal ❤️

It makes sense why it is highly reviews Standard rooms are small indeed. So remember to get a deluxe atleast 22m. It's all about the cleanliness and accessibility for the price.

Good service

Breakfast was too simple so it shouldn't be necessarily included and a little too noisy on the corridors. Other than that , everything else was very good.

The location is on quiet side of Thamel so it is great.The cleanliness was up to standard and especially the staffs were very helpful. We were also thankful to staff who extended our checkout because the flight was later in the evening.

Good location within Thamel without the noise. The rooms may be small but it made up with the services shown by staff and owner who made this welcoming for us by constantly checking in with us.

Amazing experience. This hotel is exquisite. Clean, modern and beautiful. Rooms are great. Shower and towels are very good quality. Beyond this, the service was outstanding. Birim (reception desk) was the most polite and helpful employee I have seen in a long time. I also met Sky, one of the owners and he was also very kind, nice and helpful to us. Vastu Boutique Hotel is a no-brainer.

PERFECT place to first stay in Kathmandu. Exceptional service. Helpful advice always well received from the Front Desk. Quiet location. Always abundant taxis nearby, yet hotel is within easy walking distance to many top attractions.

This place is excellent! The staff is super kind, the rooms are clean and cozy as the entire structure. They offer water and tea/coffee at any time of the day and night. The location is absolutely perfect, in a very central but quite road.
