No value for money

The room space feels a bit cramped, and the boxes can only be placed on the floor. When you go out, you can reach Thamel with many shops, which is super convenient. The service is good and the restaurant is very convenient for ordering and delivery.

The front desk was extremely bad! A local who knew my name came to the hotel at 2am after drinking too much and told the front desk that he knew me. He called me at 2am when I was sick and just fell asleep and woke me up. He gave the man my room card without asking me for confirmation because I heard him trying to swipe the card to open my door, but luckily I locked it! The man couldn't get in and I ignored him. He actually booked a room and the front desk arranged for him on the same floor as me! I really have never experienced such a disgusting thing! No consideration for the safety of the guests! Retrain the staff!!!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and I have met some friends who have lived there for a long time. The fried cauliflower for breakfast is better than fried chicken. I admire the chef's cooking skills. The guy at the front desk of the hotel can speak Japanese, and he can switch communication when English gets stuck. The Stuff I met greeted me with a smile, very nice.

Excellent hotel. The best location for those who want to really experience the taste of Kathmandu nightlife. The rooms are clean. Everything you need is there. Satisfied)

The location is good. It is recommended to install more hooks in the room to facilitate cooling clothes. The skin-friendly feeling of towels needs to be improved. There are few choices for breakfast

The store's service is good, I took him to see the doctor when I was not feeling well, and I had a good breakfast every day. When I was taken to the airport on the last morning, I brought a breakfast with my favorite boiled eggs!

I recently stayed at Norbulinka Boutique and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially the Radha, Abhishek, Lavita and I forgot some names . The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to shopping and was in the city center. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant and the breakfast buffet, and the garden area. I would highly recommend Norbulinka Boutique to anyone visiting Thamel, Kathmandu and look forward to staying here again in the future.
