Bei den Zimmern mangelte es an Sauberkeit. Zudem entdeckten wir Staubläuse. Es gibt nicht viel Essensauswahl und es wird nich alles beschriftet. Für All-Inclusive gibt es nur wenige alkoholische Getränke zur Auswahl, und nur bis zu einer gewissen Zeit. Das Servicepersonal, wie such dir Bartender sind sehr nett.

La seule chose appréciée les animateurs Momo, le finlandais et l'animatrice Laurine, très professionnel, malgré leurs difficultés de pouvoir faire leurs animations correctement. Nous avons eu des animations écourté, ce qui était frustrant ou annuler.

It was a short vacation with my 17-year-old twins. We just wanted to do nothing and that's how we spent the week :) The hotel was quite OK, the rooms were okay, although the cleaning (changing towels) could be better. We think the food is very good, but maybe we are not demanding. The drinks were a bit worse (local juices, spirits) - undrinkable for me. My teenagers enjoyed animations (volleyball, football, karaoke). A big plus is the proximity to the beach. Minus - fighting for sun loungers by the pool. Overall, the trip was a success, but I cannot say that the hotel is worth returning to.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet Hôtel à dimension humaine et familial. Tout le personnel est à l'écoute et très agréable. Chambre triple de bonnes dimensions et salle d'eau pratique et propre. Il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas trouver de la nourriture à son goût et salle de restaurant très lumineuse. Plage très accessible. Merci aux animateurs Laurine, Momo et Anelka pour leur bonne humeur, l'attention portée à notre fille en situation de Handicap et pour leurs animations. Le seul petit bémol: la salle de sport demande à être remise en état.

Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund seiner 4-Sterne-Bewertung gebucht, doch leider entsprach es eher einem 3-Sterne-Standard. Die gesamte Anlage war mittelmäßig und die Zimmer entsprachen nicht meinem Geschmack. Die Holzmöbel wirkten alt und abgenutzt, was für manche in Ordnung wäre, nur ich mag lieber helle Möbel. Das Badezimmer war immerhin moderner und bot etwas Komfort. Das Essen war in Ordnung, ohne besondere Highlights, aber auch nicht schlecht. Ein großer Minuspunkt ist, dass man für Strandtücher und Strandliegen extra zahlen muss – das habe ich in anderen 4-Sterne-Hotels als Inklusivleistung erlebt. Besonders unzufrieden war ich mit der Reinigungskraft. Ich hatte sie schriftlich gebeten, die Bettwäsche aufgrund eines Flecks zu wechseln. Als ich ins Zimmer zurückkam, war nichts gewechselt worden und auch die Bettdecke hatte ein Loch. Hier hätte ich mir definitiv mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. Zumal das Zimmer auch nur oberflächlich gewischt wurde. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich aber mit dem Service im Speisesaal zufrieden gewesen bin. Freundlich und sehr nett. Französisch und englisch wurde gesprochen. Es gab einen Sandstrand. Das Wasser war sehr schön sauber und klar.

Pour notre second séjour à l'Astir Beach 5 ans après c'est toujours un plaisir de revenir. Un hôtel de 180 chambres où il suffit de traverser la route pour se rendre à la plage. Egalement 3 piscines à votre disposition dont une réservée aux enfants. Très bien placé pour les commerces, les restos et les bars aux alentours. L'accueil est professionnel et de qualité dès la réception. Au restaurant les plats sont très bien cuisinés, toujours des spécialités grecques de l'entrée au dessert, un régal à chaque repas. Le service est impeccable, disponibilité et sourire, mention spéciale pour Popi qui est adorable, elle nous manque déjà. Autre point positif, à l'accueil comme au restaurant, le personnel parle français, donc même si votre anglais n'est pas impeccable vous pourrez vous faire comprendre sans soucis. Les chambres sont propres, de dimension moyenne mais correcte, la literie serait peut-être à revoir dans l'avenir. Au final encore un séjour réussi dans un hôtel de qualité où nous aurons certainement encore envie de revenir.
