Agréable séjour.
Hôtel agréable. Très bon buffet midi et soir. Personnel très attentionné afin que votre séjour soit agréable. Plage à proximité, je vous conseille la plage face à l'hôtel Islande à 5 minutes à pieds. Pour 9 euros la journée vous avez 2 transats et 1 parasol pour une plage propre de sable fin.

Nice communal areas - rooms could be better
Overall we had a good stay at the hotel. The positives are the nice communal areas like pool, snack bar, breakfast room etc. which have a modern feel. The breakfast buffet has a great choice & staff is friendly. What we really enjoyed was the Spa & massage - I had a wonderful treatment. And the hotel offers free daily yoga sessions - that was a great surprise and a nice treat!
What we didn't enjoy so much was the room, it felt there was much less updating happening vs. the other areas. The bathroom was dark and the room always felt slightly damp. We didn't get new towels daily & they just stayed constantly wet. Also, it wasn't well insulated and you could hear the neighbours & staff from early on in the morning.
Overall, with some small changes to the room, the hotel could really become a wonderful place as the substance is there!

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Essen und der Service sehr gut. Es ist eine kleine Anlage mit kurzen Wegen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und entspannt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön renoviert, nur der Balkon war sehr klein. Nach ca 10 min zu Fuß war man im Zentrum. Direkt über die Straße war das Meer, aber kein Strand bzw nur sehr grober Kies.

My husband and I have just returned from a fantastic holiday to Crete staying at the Enorme Maya beach hotel. The staff are so polite and helpful, from cleaning staff, reception, to all the kitchen staff. The chef's were so helpful to me as being gluten free and not having high fod map foods, they explained all ingredients in each dish. The food was fantastic, huge selection and plentiful. The complimentary meal in the restaurant was delicious, the menu was discussed and rearranged to sort out my allergies by Micheal one of the barmen with the chef on duty, he couldn't have been more helpful and so friendly during our stay. The weather was lovely and would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel and will definitely be going again.

We have just stayed for a week and thought it was so peaceful and quiet. We thought that it was in a good location and the pool was good and used it quite a bit. Everybody is helpful throughout the hotel. It’s just so calming and the weather was good. The rooms were good as well nice and quiet.

What a lovely quaint hotel for adults only. We stayed 7 nights at the Enorme Maya Beach hotel and we cannot fault one thing about the stay. The staff (Kaleda & Nikos in reception, Maria & Rena and the breakfast & dinner restaurant to all the staff who served us our food & drinks throughout the day, to name a few, Andreas, Maria, Elizabeth, Claire and Michael) were absolutely consummate professionals. They tended to our every need, asked regularly of everything was fine and what more they could do for us. So attentive and gracious. Lovely people and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food and drinks from the breakfast, lunch to the themed dinners at night were fantastic. Credit to the kitchen chefs as we loved it all. Michael the cocktail extraordinaire with his amazing drink making skills and very reasonably priced cocktails made the evenings very enjoyable. Thank you to all the team at the hotel. We have lovely and very fond memories of our stay. We wish you all well & look forward to staying with you when we are next in Gouves. Take care.
