So just to put a few things straight because some people just moan about everything my 3rd time visiting despo this hotel very cheap to come here it's a basic 3 star hotel it's very dated but clean the food is basic but a choice for everyone the rooms are clean and yes you might have flies and mosquitos flying around but that's what happens when the weather is 33 degrees and humid the pillows could be better but it's not end of the world that your pillow is not fluffy you don't get a great choice for inclusive drinks but not end of the world the staff are lovely if people want better accommodation food etc I suggest you pay bigger prices at better hotels you only get what you pay for this hotel is a family very greek if people want entertainment they need to go to bigger better chain hotels .

Never ever again, hotel is not all inclusive so don't be fooled by what you read or see, there is nothing for kids to do apart from the pool, no snacks at pool bar, no entertainment, spirits you have to pay for wether it be theirs or branded, pay 30 euros for tax, never heard of that before, 8 euros for air con, pay for water, after 10.30 u pay for alcohol, booked our holiday in may when we got their was told someone was in our room so was put in the basement, food was disgusting what wasn't eaten on the day was served up next day and even following day, we spent a fortune eating out, so all we had paid was for a room really,lots of people complaining about the food, the 🪳 we took a photo of was shown to hotel staff and we was accused of trying to scam them, please!! only scammers was themselves, avoid, avoid,avoid,avoid 🙏

I honestly don't know where to start. We arrived early morning the back of 1am. Got checked in and given our key. Went to the room and opened the door. Well the bathroom was dirty. The sink hadn't been cleaned or the taps silicone round shower tray was black and there was a crack in the shower tray. Bed sheet all marked and pillows all lumpy. So went to reception to speak to the guy and told him I wasn't happy with the room. It was very old and it was right at the back door so when back door was open which was 24/7 you didn't have access into your room unless you closed it all the time. So the guy at reception said he couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to speak to someone on reception in the morning whi h I did. To cur a long story short. I kept getting passed to different ppl about it and none seem to do anything about it. No manager on at weekend so had to wait till Monday. Finally got a room change it was a little better. But then you don't get told that you have to pay 8 euros a day for aircon. Considering i was all inclusive . Then the buffet for the meals was very basic. Hardly any variety of food. Same stuff each day. The drinks were like watered down cola flat not fizzy. Beer the same. Then they Dont tell you that you have to pay for brand makes of alcohol and after a certain time at night you have to pay for drink. Then no entertainment for kids at night. They get chased out the pool at 7pm. You never get told that they have snacks behind the bar. Throughout the day. The bar man George is very rude always grumpy. If want to go out of the hotel to cross the road you have to cross the motorway. Nothing close to hotel to do. Would never go back. Very disappointed standard's are very poor. When we were leaving we asked if there was a shower room we could use to wash and changed before catching the coach. Tey told us sorry just the toilets downstairs they have a shower when I went down the shower tray was full of sand and water not running away.

The exterior is beautiful, the gardens are ok, the pool is clean, the playground is acceptable, but the rooms need complete renovation. we were accommodated in a tiny room, we requested a triple room, they added a folding bed for the child, but terrible. I changed the room the next day, this one located in a basement, larger, with a spacious terrace, but it smelled of mold, full of insects, flies and mosquitoes. cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I bought cleaning solutions and cleaned the bathroom and the room myself, otherwise it was impossible. the food was ok, we and our child had enough to eat. but nothing impressive.
