Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

Was ideal for our needs Spa and pool area is like the pictures and really good and fun Hotel itself is a bit old now but still 4 star. I assume in Poland many hotels are older. It's looked after though. Super excellent value for the price we paid.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Center location. The staff are nice and assist with requests. One of the best Novotel in Europe. Recommended

Stayed 3 nights during the easter break. Was a really nice relaxing stay with lots of things to do with in the hotel. With a nice pool + jacuzzi + Sauna, a gym and a small area for kids. Definitely recommend. Would go again.

Good hotel

Very friendly, good breakfast, just wish the pool etc were better.

20 minutes walk to downtown Katowice. 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. Older hotel. Partially renovated. Very service-oriented. Double room with sofa not very big. Good quality of sleep in bed. The sofa bed, on the other hand, was very bad. This urgently needs to be replaced. Nice bathroom with Rituals care products. Free indoor pool with sauna and whirlpool (only open in the late afternoon and evening, not in the morning). Good buffet for breakfast. Good restaurant in the evenings. Highly recommended, especially for families.

The hotel breakfast is very good, with many choices and very complete. The room is also relatively large and very quiet.

It was good I made a reservation for an executive. The executives were also satisfied with the breakfast and room.

The price is right and the cost performance is high.

Excellent experience, in a hotel with different services, a very comfortable bed and a spacious room. The pool service is also good, although not very large. The breakfast was a little expensive, the location was excellent due to its proximity to all useful means of transport.
