Hotel Sanjeev Palace

We were given the room but as if it was offered out of courtesy. Arrogant staff, so many people visiting the shrine so they literally do not bother about it anyways. Stay was ok.

Really enjoyed stay at Sanjeev Palace, staff were very cooperative and very guest focus attitude, after coming from Yatra were very tired and ordered food, food was very tasty and specially veg thali and dal khichdi, overall very pleasant stay with Sanjeev Palace hotel

Location wise good, but in facility poor quality, i paid 2800 for two nights, but they did not provide soap n toothpaste in bathroom, there was no hand shower inspite of western camode

Nice and clean budget hotel for your stay in katra and also located near banganga. Good service provided by the hotel staff.

Stayed with family and kids! stayed on 7april to 9 april-2023. Not needed ac/fan. Nice impression while entering hotel boys came up and picked bag and placed in the room. Neat and cleaned room, bathroom, linen, towel etc. Room services are great. 5 min walk from banganga entry point. They have restaurants that are nice. I think in this budget ~1. 5k-2k. I can not get like this in this peak time. Sharma ji at desk is great and helping nature. Suggested to improve: 1- roti should be made from aata and not from very fined aata(maida. 2- they should have taxi for urgent need. But can mange by calling taxi person if you need.
