Hotel location is great. Presently restaurant is not available in hotel, but you can order foods from outside. Overall safety and hygiene is maintained nicely.

Location is just good and near yartra parchi counter 2 cleanliness is awesome and nearby market also we stayed 2 says its value for money i suggest if u are looking a good hotel with value of money book it

Booked tickets from make my trip rs 1200 per night for non ac while in 300 -400 same kind of room was available at location not worthy. Bathroom was not clean even not kund in bathroom.

Close to ban ganga, staff is very polite, rooms toilets are neat and clean. Will recommend this for future journey.

It was an excellent stay. Very near to Yatra parchi counter. Staffs were polite and humble. We got a balcony where we can get a view of the town and hills.

The stay was okay, they don't take single occupancy so they made a fuss about it and asked me to cancel. It was only because payment was done beforehand that they let me in. The washroom was not clean, the bedsheet was not clean and had holes, used toiletries were provided and upon asking did i get a non fresh towel and a bad soap. The room had cockroaches. The guy switched off electricity to my room thinking i wasn't in?

When we reached there they don't know about our booking. Then after some time finally we got the room. Once we enter we found that cockroaches are every where in room on bathroom, bed, walls. Even bathroom was also not cleaned. Not recommended for family and couples.
