Hotels near Khanidada, Kavrepalanchok

Hotel is amazing with great views, great rooms and wonderful staff. At the breakfast, Roshan was amazing to help us and because of him we had an amazing breakfast and a great talk. At check in, we had an amazing experience by Bharat who helped us check in, as well as helping us set up a great hike nearby. Finally Basante was also great in the evening times when he told us about the history and landscapes of Nepal, as well as helping us set up a yoga class in the morning. Thanks to these staff members we had a wonderful experience, with great views, weather, and peace.

A very good address. The owner is very nice and all his family very welcome. Good food prepared by his wife. Great view of the Himalaya chain. Rooms are very pleasant, especially for this price. It takes 15-20 minutes walk to get from the bus stop to the centre of Dhulikhel.

The environment is very beautiful. I went there with my girlfriends. There are many courses in the hotel. The rooms can see the snowy mountains in good weather. We went in January and it was very cold. But the service was very good, I added a water bottle, and each person gave away a bunch of 108 bodhi.

Staying at Kavya Resort & Spa was absolutely a highlight of our trip in Nepal. The resort is unquestionably beautiful with our suite overlooking the Himalayas (during allowable weather conditions). The resort is also favorably situated uphill with just a 10-15 mins short walk to a 360 view point where we can have a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset. Indeed, we could also see the sunrise from our suite at some corners which was fascinating as well. Staff here was excellent, thoughtful and caring. Their services were extraordinary which I was very impressed. Architectural design of the buildings/villas are nice, food is nice as well. We had a meditation session with Shree Swami Ji which was a complementary activity offered by the hotel. Shree Swami Ji is very knowledgeable and professional. Shree Swami Ji presented us knowledge of meditation, idea, usage, and such. I am a curious person and would like to understand how thing is done and why it’s done. Therefore, the session suits me a lot which was at the same time relaxing and meditation knowledge gained. We had also happened to have done a numeric astrological session with Shree Swami Ji. It was very interesting. I have done other astrological, zodiac or Chinese fung shui analyses before. I’d say the numeric astrological has provided us a deeper understanding of our personal trait and I am happy that we had this consultation with Shree Swami Ji. He also provided us remedies on what we could do going forward to balance our different energies. This session enhanced my experience at Kavya which I think apart from being relaxed, I have gained a thorough understanding of myself as well. We only stayed for one night at the resort which I now regret that I have not stayed longer. I will for sure return to Kayva in my next visit to Kathmandu and arrange at least a 2 to 3-night stay at Kavya to participate other activities offered such as yoga, visiting to villages, and so on. The atmosphere at the resort and our sessions with Shree Swami Ji were very relaxing. I feel like my mind and soul are utterly cleansed after my stay.

This is probably the best hotel in Nagarkot. The facilities are also relatively good. The hotel has a buffet dinner, and you can also eat potatoes from Mustang, which are really delicious. The swimming pool was not used as it was too cold and a bunch of happy Nepalis enjoyed the pool very much. I didn't see the Himalayas due to the weather, but the scenery is still good. (While visiting the hotel, I strayed into the hotel staff walkway, which is also a place where garbage is piled up. It is really smelly. It is the smelliest smell I have ever smelled in my life. It is recommended that the hotel set up road signs to prevent guests from entering by mistake)

Just on the mountain, you can see the whole mountain view with your own observation deck. The room is quite large, there is a separate bathroom, and there is a bathtub. This is the most luxurious inn in the mountains of Nepal. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures... The most pleasant surprise is that I met the little brother of Kailong here. The one in black clothes), because when I was looking for an inn on the Internet, there was a coffee lodge ranked first. In the evaluation, Kailong, who said that he would speak Chinese, had already left, so he changed this inn, but he did not expect it. When I met him, it seems that the two inns are all opened by their family. The little brother’s voice is very good, and the ear will be pregnant. Not only is Chinese good, but English is better... Whilst the location and rooms are terrific, the service was absolutely awful. We went to the bar to have some coffee and got no acknowledgment of any sort from any of the waiters for 15 minutes and only after complaining did we get served. Dinner was late by an hour and again only hit served after complaining. Either the staff haven’t been trained to standard or the management is so weak that they can’t see the indifference the staff are showing their guests
