I'm not sure I've had a worse experience with a hotel before... Rooms weren't ready at 4:00 pm check in time, a man - possibly cleaning staff? - barged in our room at 9:00 am. Hardly knocked, never once said "housekeeping." The body wash container was completely empty and a wad of hair that didn't belong to us on the shower floor. Extremely disappointing with our stay to say the least.

Great location. Very cool atmosphere and very artsy. Love the museum style and the artworks. The check-in process was slow and the front-desk staff was a bit unprofessional.

The stay was good! There was a LOT of noise from the hvac system outside so I do not recommend room 303, but the people were so great that it more than made up for it. Alicia at the front door and the very good folks at the front desk were friendly and personable (and very patient!). I would definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

We came downtown for a concert and this was a perfect stay downtown! The check-in staff were friendly, the parking garage is right across the street ($30/day) and the beds were SO comfortable. The nespresso coffee in the rooms were a great touch. Only complaint is the 5th floor hot water took about 15 mins to get to our room.

My boyfriend and took a 6 hour trip to Kansas City for his 31st birthday, and we absolutely loved this hotel. Renovation is just about to end and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We got the king corner suite with a sky view and the room was gorgeous. The bed was SO comfortable as well, we will miss it haha. The greeter at the door, Aleicia, was so kind, considerate, and overall just a beautiful smiling face. She gave us recommendations for where to go in the city, history of the Savoy Hotel as well as history of Kansas City. She was warm and knowledgeable, it really elevated our experience and lessened some stress when deciding what to do. We will be back! Thanks everyone!

Place is so charming - restaurant is fantastic. Wish I got the servers name she was just so kind and adorable. Valet person was so kind-Aleicia was fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
