Snow storm cancelled my flight so I rebooked another night- checking out/checking back in was quick and easy. Didn’t need to change rooms

Extremely vile, despicable, dirty and inhumane

Very nice hotel, Kansas City is also very beautiful, there are very amazing museums, where you can observe many collections very closely, including many from China, the level of exquisiteness is almost difficult to see in China.

Suitable for business travel, will choose to stay next time

Phenomenal service. General manager, Brandon, went above and beyond to accommodate our group when other hotels would not. Highly recommend this hotel.

Water pressure was lacking and shower door was coming out of the wall. Also, you can see in the bathroom from the reflective door frame. Breakfast good, upscale feeling, comfortable beds, close to everything in Westport

They dont tell you there is a extra fee to park on site. 24 dollars a night. They dont tell you till check in.

Staff was great. Rooms are a little small. Especially the bathroom area. Great for a short stay

Asked for handicap accessible room with roll in shower and was told that’s what we had. The shower door opened into a towel bar in the shower, so I had to squeeze myself into the shower. There was no way of getting a shower chair in there and definitely not a wheelchair. So my aunt was unable to take a shower. Description on website is very misleading. Won’t be staying here again

You all were amazing! The lady at the front desk was the best!! The actual hotel was modern and beautiful. So grateful to have had this place to be while my dad was recovering from a heart attack. ❤️

Great place to stay and walkable to Westport. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Free breakfast was actually an addon. Parking was listed as free but was a huge daily fee. Room was never cleaned even after asking 3 days in a row.
