史上最悪の対応をされたビジネスホテル‼︎ フロントのミスで部屋に入室できず 猛暑と悪阻の中 途方に暮れる妊婦 連泊2日目お昼に外出し部屋に戻ると入室できず フロントにて確認 「本日分の支払いがされてないので部屋には入れません」とのこと そんなはずはないと思いながら フロントから支払いの件について確認の連絡をしてもらう 「じゃ支払いの方にこちらからお客さんが怒ってました!って伝えておきますね!」と訳のわからぬことをいいだす… いえ怒っていませんが…このフロントのお爺さんなにかがおかしい… 不信感倍増する とりあえず荷物がそのまま置いてあるので仕方なくスペアキーを貸してもらい荷造りし今から他のホテルを探さなきゃ…と途方に暮れ退出しようとしていた頃 内線にてフロントから 「確認したところ今日の分はお支払いはされてました スペアキーを返してください」と 元ホテル同業者ですがそんな凡ミスに最悪な対応は普通ではありえない なんの謝罪もなしでした 引き継ぎが全く出来ておらず・基本的なPC操作がほぼできていない 全ての事項を電話で確認していた その後 他のホテル移ろうと思い 延泊分をキャンセルできますか?と問うと 「できません!もう支払いは全ていただいているので出たい時に出ていってもらっていいですよ」と もはや理解不能 絶対におすすめできません 2度と再訪はない

I went out and returned to the hotel to check the results. They had forgotten to put the cover on and send it. When I corrected them, they insisted that they had not heard my request. I told them that the reason was that the front desk staff had been replaced, so I immediately contacted the previous staff member who had made the request, and they called me with a sulky attitude. I finally realized my mistake. Still, there was no apology, and they were sulky from start to finish. Nishimura and Naritsuka's response was the worst, the worst. The same thing happened when I spoke to the manager the next day. If the top is no good, everyone below is no good either, it's a rotten hotel. I will never stay again and will record this very unpleasant fact. This hotel is the worst.
