Do not expect a 5-star service from this hotel. I booked it for birthday celebration for my husband. When I asked for a better view for the lake from the lady helped us for check in, I was asked to pay $100NZD. We wish to decide whether to upgrade after we see the room, the lady refused and only showed us picture. The swimming pool is not worth going. It is a clean and comfy hotel. But do not expect they will give you good service and celebration for a special occasion like other 5-star brand hotel. Will never stay with Hilton again

The hotel is in a good location with a nice view.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a big fireplace which was really comfortable.
The bathroom was really smelly for some reason.

The hotel is in a great location. It takes 10 minutes to drive to the town center. The scenery is beautiful and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The only problem is that the bed in the twin room is too small. An adult will fall off the bed if he turns over. The hotel has a paid parking lot and needs to pay every day.
