Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa

It is about 15 minutes drive from Queenstown and 10 minutes drive from the nearest supermarket. It is very close to the airport and you can hear the roar of airplanes. The front desk is good, and they introduced the hotel in detail. The room they gave us is facing the lake without any obstruction, and the scenery is so beautiful. The room facilities are really old due to their age, and the hygiene is also average. When I entered the room, I found cigarette butts left by the previous guests on the coffee table, meat blood on the ground, and a foul smell in the bathroom. The induction cooker cannot heat continuously. I called the room manager to check and said that it would be repaired the next day, but it was left unresolved. There are few pots and pans for cooking, so I borrowed some from the guest room. The washing machine and dryer are very old models and not very efficient. Only the living room in the room is equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioner. One of the two rooms is separated by a movable partition door. The room is a bit small and the suitcase cannot be placed. The breakfast is pretty good in New Zealand hotels, and one or two styles are changed every day. The outdoor seats have a great view. Because I have a car, I didn't try the water bus, which is not cost-effective for many people. There is a swimming pool, and the children go swimming every day. You can walk and ride a bicycle on the trail next to it every day. Wild ducks and seagulls are not afraid of people at all.
