It's a very convenient location, about a 20-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station.
I made a reservation with breakfast included, but they said they weren't serving breakfast at the moment. There's a convenience store in front of the hotel, so it's not a problem.
Also, there is no one at the front desk between 9:00 and 13:00, so you cannot leave your luggage during this time.
